G Rest Hotel and Resort

We organized a lavish wedding of our daughter at the G rest resort on Bani Road in Lucknow on Feb 19 & 20. The resort is very beautiful , perfect for a destination wedding with special set ups for haldi , mehendi , sangeet and the main wedding event (the banquet is very lavish and was beautifully done). Everything was very well organized and managed by the team - rooms were very spacious and comfortable , bathrooms were clean as well, house keeping team was very cooperative. The resort manager is a very helpful person & we got few rooms even earlier than expected. The view of the property is visible from all the rooms and was a treat to everyone. All our guests were tired of taking pictures as there are so many photo worthy spots in the campus itself. Location wise it is about 30 min from the Lucknow airport and an hour from the Lko railway station. Mr. Rizwan (the owner) was courteous to help us with a last minute with a flower arrangement for the bride entry and we cant thank him enough for that. Dealing with the staff , managers & the owner himself has been a delight. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding resort in and around Lucknow/Kanpur.
