Good place to stay .Metro station is less than 5minutes walk.Bed is very very comfy & bedsheets are fresh & cosy. Staff are helpful with all my touristy questions . Very clean & modern . Evening there is a night market ,so taxis are not able to get to front door of hotel .just walk in from main road , not far . Landmark is a very tall ,very white office tower; hotel entrance is just at base.

Not bad! The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic and proactive~~ There was no odor in the room, and it was cleaned very cleanly! The cleaning lady was very enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time. When I left, I was given Luoyang specialties! It is much better than the Vienna Hotel in Zhengzhou! We arrived at more than ten o'clock that night, and the car that left the next day was very late, so I applied for a late check-out from the lady at the front desk. The lady was very nice and extended it to two o'clock in the afternoon for us. Thank you very much. The breakfast was also very good. I was satisfied!

Downstairs of the hotel is a food street and a large shopping supermarket. There is also a wetland park nearby, which is only a 5-minute walk away. There is also fitness equipment in the park, and the air is fresh, perfect for walking. In addition, it is very close to Wangfujing, Wanda Shopping Mall, etc. There are also the best shopping supermarkets in Luoyang nearby, making eating and shopping very convenient. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and provide attentive and meticulous service. They even went downstairs to show us the parking spaces, made tea for us and gave us snacks. Thumbs up👍🏻The hotel is clean and tidy, with complete supporting facilities. What's even more surprising is that there are disinfectant wipes. Towels, toilet mats, nail files, laundry detergent, etc. In short, this is a very recommended hotel. The room price is cheap and the price-performance ratio is very high. The experience is perfect. When I checked out, because I was too early to eat, the hotel took the initiative to pack breakfast for us and prepared a few bottles of portable water for us. I booked an executive twin room with a view. The hotel service was very good. The robot delivered things in a timely manner. The room was very large and spacious, and the hygiene was good. In particular, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I didn’t have any neck pain. The surrounding traffic was great. It's convenient, there's plenty to eat, and parking is convenient. All in all, it's a pleasant experience. I was given snacks when I left, and the waiter asked if I wanted to bring water. It was really warm.

We come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

This is my first time staying at the Yihe Hotel. I feel very satisfied. The service is very good. It can be said that it is a butler-style management. Because I just arrived at the room level, the waiter also came to the room to serve the room at the same time and gave me welcome fruits. The room was very clean! ! ! This is the most important! I have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan. Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already. I received very nice gifts: cookies, fans and candies from the front desk. Thank you! I will come back.
