This time I checked in. When I checked in, the front desk was very helpful. It was cold outside on rainy days. The front desk was very enthusiastic and brought a cup of black tea.
The eldest sister who stayed in the guest room was also more enthusiastic. She happened to meet them in a meeting and greeted me together. She was shy.

I have chosen this hotel by recomendation of my friend. It has very good position, not far from the train station and fast to arrive to the Longmen Grottoes. I had a room with panorama windows, spacious and big. With help of translating app we managed to talk to reception. Robot is bringing things to the door. We have received very positive service from the front desk ladies. Special thanks to them for hospitality. Thanks to the manager mrs. Zhu Yan.
Only one recomendation is to make at least some floors no smoking for guests who are allergic and cannot support the smell. I would suggest also to add a bell boy or a man to help with luggage, ladies helped us but it is heavy to make them do it. They work hard already.

I was unexpectedly upgraded to a first-class room. It was very big, and the bathroom was also very big. The shower and toilet were separated. There is a green forest outside the window, and you can actually see magpies playing in the trees. One window is a bit broken and a bit old, but it doesn't affect the overall situation. There are actually various books to read in the room and in the corridor. I didn't expect that I read one every night. The location is very good, very close to the Longmen High-speed Railway Station. There may be road problems and a detour to the hotel. It feels like it takes 10 minutes to drive, but it really doesn't take more than 5 minutes to get to the high-speed railway station from the hotel. It's just past the main road at the door. The nearby Metro Line 2 is also very close, no more than 500 meters away. The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, and the service is great.

Close to Longmen High-speed Railway Station, I chose this hotel for the convenience of taking the high-speed rail. The transportation is convenient, and it is not expensive to take a taxi to Longmen Grottoes. The hotel is equipped with disposable toiletries and is cleaned every day. We left the car at around 5 pm, and the hotel helped us to check out late for free. The only drawback is that there will be a banging sound at night

GGuest UserWe come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

The night before leaving, the depar**ent leader also visited me and brought me gifts that I like, exquisite, cultural, and books that I particularly like. The hotel can give them all to me. The food is delicious and not expensive. The room is super large and well-equipped. The cleaning lady does a good job of hygiene and left me a small note with many heartwarming words on it. The handsome guy at the door greets and sees off, as well as the beautiful girl at the front desk and the staff who open the elevator. Everyone left me a very good impression! If I will come back! Continue to feel the cultural atmosphere of Luoyang, the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties/the land of China...
1) Location: Located in the core business center of Xigong District, the hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the Jiefang Road Line 2 Transfer Center (Line 1-2) and 30 minutes from the train station. It is very convenient to catch delicious food in the surrounding area.
2) Environment: It is biased toward young-style fast hotels. There are 6 types of decoration styles to choose from (Tang Yun, Circle Mystery, Transparent Era, Roman Holiday, and Walking in the Clouds). The ”blind box” type opens the rhythm, with a bright lobby and a glass mirror elevator. , all kinds of furniture and furnishings are relatively simple and fashionable.
3) Hardware (dry goods): This time I stayed at Tang Yun, with a red + dark brown tone, in-room bar, high chair, mini kitchen (excluding heating accessories), refrigerator, air evolver, disinfection cabinet, coffee machine, and Kung Fu tea set , the sanitary area is not equipped with a smart toilet.
4) Service: The service may be weak due to limited conditions (parking at the door). After entering the store, you are greeted politely, paying great attention to customer needs, and completely responding to your requests (I have stayed in many hotels and you can definitely get it here 👍), free / The reception service is also very complete.
5) Meals: You can enjoy free fruits, drinks, dairy products and snacks/simple meals every day. The buffet breakfast (Chinese and Western + Japanese) is quite rich. It is located between Baiyuan and Xiangshan Temple (internal communication, but both are guarded by iron generals). It has an excellent geographical location and is a must-see hotel for (night) tours of Longmen Grottoes.
【Facilities】Really old and outdated, such as the bathroom and recreation center (gym) seem to have entered the last century. But after all, it is an old hotel, and it depends on everyone's preferences and focus. Finally, I chose to stay in. The overall greening, service, and meals of the hotel are still very powerful, and they complement each other. After all, they are playing outside during the day. The shower water is hot spring water. Greenery can be seen when you open the window.
【Service】The service is warm and patient, really nothing to say, the service of the old guesthouse is nothing to say, and it is given super five stars. Provide high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off service, and the vehicle is a high-end business car. The Guanque Pavilion Tea Room on the 4th floor of Building 5 can overlook the Longmen Grottoes (night view) is very beautiful, and you can relax all day. The hotel provides a battery shuttle bus.

Cons:
1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away
2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me
Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

A bathtub in the room - a shower would be more convenient. The shower head is fixed, so if you are tall, you will need bend slightly to have a shower.

AAnh-BaoGreat bargain given how insanely big the rooms are. I booked a room with queenside bed, bathroom, sink, shower AND bathtub but I was also shown two family rooms that have multiple beds and even living rooms. They were also super affordable.
The hotel has no restaurant so you cannot have breakfast there. However - plenty of restaurants are within a 5 minute radius. There is also a supermarket and a couple convenience stores within 3 minute radius.
The rooms and public areas are kept pretty clean. However - the various areas are in different states. The reception looks like it could need a renovation yesterday. The hallways leading to the rooms look pretty new while some of the rooms (e.g. family rooms) look pretty fresh while my room looked like it is close to being in need of a bathroom renovation. However - it was clean and still in good enough shape and in terms of pricing it was an absolute bargain. I paid way more for much worse in places like Shantou or Paris.
Would I stay there again? If price levels remain the same I would absolutely stay there again. Very nice staff.
