This place is always lovely to stay, unfortunately we were let down with the restaurant booking due to Easter. Having said that we were very nicely compensated and had what was a fabulous meal in the alternative restaurant. The staff are all exceptional too, the room yet again blew us away. Pure class, luxury witb beautiful surroundings. Luton Hoo is my favourite hotel.

I went for high tea at noon and it was an amazing experience for me. I am a first time visitor to london england and i must say i enjoyed the British culture of high tea with scones and tea cakes and sandwiches. It was especially a grand one due to the exceptional service given us by our waitress /hostess Pamella who tended to us with utmost care and kindness. This truly is a place to visit to have high tea if you visit england. Real awesome experience. Thank you Pamella for your service.

We went to afternoon tea with a voucher I was given for Christmas, the booking process online was very simple. Our sever Varinder was very professional and attentive and kept checking up on us to make sure we didn’t need any more tea or coffee and we were happy with our food. The food was lovely and the portions were much more substantial than we were expecting for afternoon tea. Would really recommend this to anyone looking for something a bit special to do, the hotel and grounds are stunning.

We stayed one night in mansion rooms for our 20th wedding anniversary. We have been fortunate to stay here many times over the last10 years plus with and without kids. The welcome is always very good from the valet luggage guys Checked in by Magda and I can say she was excellent in fact the best, friendliest welcome we have ever had staying at the hotel. She show us to the room and was very engaging we both said how good she was!

Everything about Luton Hoo hotel was wonderful, especially the afternoon tea was amazing. 💗 Tea, sandwiches and the vibe were perfect. Also Varinder was really kind and made our time more perfect. If you're planning to have spa to United Kingdom or taking a rest for somewhere, I highly recommended Luton hoo hotel.

Visited Luton Hoo with my friend for a relaxing spa holiday and we both loved it. The hotel and its grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, food was delicious (we had breakfast, afternoon tea and dinners here), and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Varinder, who looked after us during our Afternoon tea session was especially kind and professional. Would love to visit again.

What can I say about this fantastic house. The grandeur takes your breath away. We were up in the loft with doors opening onto a small viewing area. We sat and watched the stars. The pool and brasserie were in a separate building but we were chauffeured down to them. Food was ok, great first night but service not as good on day two and the steak was a little under cooked. The gardens are special and we were lucky with good weather. Overall fantastic place, we will be back.

Luton hoo has been amazing so far! Great service on arrival from taking bag to room and whizzing me to the spa on a golf buggy (thanks zoltan, you rock!!) to a brilliant experience in the spa!! Becky at the spa have one of the best Swedish massages that I have had, she adpted to what I wanted and I came out feeling relaxed yet energised. Thanks to you all!!!!
