The worst place I've ever stayed!! One of our rooms was not cleaned or made available to us for the entire trip and the customer service team just didn't care that we had 3 sleepless nights trying to sleep on the floor!! It's also generally ruin down and dirty!! Don't bother booking. If I could give it zero stars I would!!!!

Leider kann man bei dieser Skala keine 0 vergeben denn diese hätte ich am liebsten in allen Kategorien angegeben. Wir haben diese Unterkunft für ein Wochenende gebucht, alle Bilder die Kommunikation waren super aber als wir die wohnung betreten haben dachten wir uns trifft der Schlag! Die absolute Katastrophe!! Ich habe so etwas noch nicht erlebt! 1. Fahrstuhl defekt 2. Alle Wände verschmutzt 3. Dreck ohne Ende wo man nur hingeschaut hat überall Haare und zwar Büschelweise! 3. Seifenspender defekt und liefen die Wand runter 4. Die komplette Küche voller Haare inkl küchenzubehör 5. Dreck und Krümel in der Gefriertruhe 6. Spülmaschine wurde einfach nur laufen gelassen drin lag alles voller Reis es hat unheimlich nach Erbrochenem gestunken sodass wir das Geschirr nicht nutzen konnten 7. Haare auf den "bezogenen" Betten 8.teilweise kaputte Wände Diese Unterkunft kann ich keinem weiteren Menschen empfehlen!!!

Les appartements étaient sales, un des lits cassé, beaucoup de matériel cassé ou en très mauvais état, ascenseur en panne alors que les deux appartements loués étaient au 4e étage, mauvaises odeurs dans l’appartement, poils d’animaux partout, parties communes très sales, codes d’accès ne fonctionnaient pas

Very bad experience. All of the window blinds were broken before we got there and so was the sofa bed. Smartflats did not care about this situation and did not try to help us, so two of our group had to sleep on the ground. All we got was an E-mail with their apologies after a few messages about this. Do not book here.

Can't understand all the negative reviews. We arrived and having been sent our entry code found it really easy to enter the property and room. People have to understand there are no keys so don't try and get a key from the key safe. The room was large clean and comfortable and we have had a wonderful stay. Perfectly situated near all attractions all within walking distance.

This was probably the worst apartment rental experience of my life. Nothing was wrong. When I arrived, it took me over half an hour to enter the building. Obviously when I tried to call them, no one was able to help me. Arriving in my room, I discovered the lamentable state of the furniture and equipment. Considering the price of the week, this is very disappointing. But the worst part of it all is that during my rental week an intruder was able to enter my apartment when I was in the bathroom! Hearing the door open I tried to block it but impossible (I was weaker than the man) This man told me he was coming to do some work and had received the access code to my room, WHILE I STAYED THERE ALL WEEK!!! Anxiety, I could have been naked or busy sleeping (note that it was 8 p.m. and I was alone) In addition, the apartment does not have an interior lock. After this event, I was completely unable to sleep for the 3 nights that remained. Obviously, I tried to contact customer service to complain about the situation and I received an apology that was deeply insincere. I'm still shocked by this experience but seeing the other reviews, I think I'm not the only one to have experienced hell at SmartFlats Design.

Hello, me and my partner had an issue with the booking made for Smartflats Luxembourg, for 30 sept-7 oct. On arrival date, the apartment door had an issue and couldn't be opened, neither their information sent by email to open the 2 front doors of the building did not work properly, and they only sent 2 of the 3 door codes. We have spent 2 hours trying to contact them, trying to call on the 3 contact numbers on which they could not be reached and when we finally found someone on their online app chat they said they have to cancel the booking without explanation, as they had this issue before and couldn't send anyone at the location to solve the issue on late Saturday. In the end they cancelled the booking anf got a full refund but we spent 2 hours in the night to enter their flat and afterwarda had to book another room at a nearby hotel at 3 AM in the morning. Awful service and incomplete information!!!

The worst experience in a hotel! First of all you should know that there is no one to welcome us (which is normal since it is the principle of this type of hotel). In itself, this is not a problem provided that everything is done seriously (which is absolutely not the case here). During check-in, we are sent 2 access codes by message, except that we need 3 (well yes otherwise it's not funny). The first allows you to enter a small hall, so far so good. To enter the main hall we need a 2nd code, no luck, we don't have it. 1st call to smartflats, they tell us that they will find out...no news for a very long time. Luckily, a couple (who had the same problem as us, by the way) entered the building and gave us the code. Arriving at the door of our apartment, we say to each other finally! Well no. The code is correct but the door cylinder, which is also electronic, does not work. That’s crazy! 2nd call to smartflats. The lady tells us that she will contact the manager blablabla. What follows is a period of around 3 hours waiting at the door for a solution to be found. Despite multiple calls, nothing happens. The operator makes fun of us, walks us around, basically no use. We finally manage to get back, by a miracle by tinkering with the code, the cylinder. We take the opportunity to go back, because we don't want to sleep outside. But by repeating the experience, the miracle does not happen again. We say to ourselves too bad, we stay anyway, we'll see tomorrow if we find a solution. But surprise, the bed base is half broken 😢. We continue to call smartflats but no answer. Booking which we used for the reservation is of no use, does not help us. In short, it’s what we call doing it in.....! We had planned 3 nights, we did one on the mattress on the floor... Never go through them, the best thing to do if you are going to Luxembourg for a few days!

I received the code for the front door and the lockbox. However the lockbox code was incorrect. Luckily someone answered the whatsap number pretty quickly (only messages, no calls possible) Someone was walking out while we needed to access the second door so no code was needed. When we arrived home at around 19:15, we quickly discovered that we had not been sent a code for the middle door. We knocked, we buzzed every other unit with no luck. Of course we sent desperate messages to the whatsap number, still with no response and it's now 8:41am. Finally on one of the email addresses someone responded with the magic code. I had already walked outside the building on knocked on windows until a lady inside gave us the code, but she said it happens all the time in the building. Then, we started looking for tea cups and pans etc for breakfast and the stuff is disgusting and dirty😭
