"The room was spacious and decent, though the view from the window was just average. The hotel is a bit far from Sayram Lake scenic area and the city center. Breakfast was okay, but the black pepper sausages were delicious. The biggest highlight was the afternoon tea. The setting was beautiful and perfect for photos, and you could even try on ethnic costumes. The tea and pastries were very tasty, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Plus, you could enjoy it until 10:30 PM."

"This hotel is genuinely excellent. The cleanliness is outstanding. The service is great, the rooms are spacious, and the soundproofing is good. It's very close to Sayram Lake and the tourist center, only a five-minute drive. The hotel is very accommodating; you can store your luggage, and there's free parking. The air conditioning is fantastic, and the hot water pressure is strong. Most importantly, the bed is incredibly comfortable. Overall, it's superb, and it will be my first choice for future stays! The breakfast is rich, and the room facilities and decor are grand. It was a very pleasant holiday, and I'm extremely satisfied. The room is excellent, the decor style is beautiful, and the room hygiene is super clean. The location is great, and the value for money is truly high. The service is warm and thoughtful, definitely a 5-star rating. I'll come back to stay here if I have the chance!"

"The hotel is very new and exceptionally clean and tidy. There was a faint smell of formaldehyde, but it was acceptable. The hotel's laundry service is excellent. You drop off your clothes, and a staff member supervises the machines. Once washed, they even deliver them back to your room. This was really good. After getting the room card from the front desk, the staff didn't point out the direction or location of the elevators. This is something that needs improvement. The room allocation was very good; my parents and I were placed in adjacent rooms. However, the view was quite ordinary, facing another hotel, so it wasn't expansive. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of space for luggage. When I first entered the room, there was no power. I spent a long time trying to figure it out, and there was no card slot for power either. After calling the front desk, it took about half an hour to resolve. The staff member was quite responsible. The room's outlets all have Type-C fast charging ports, which I think is very modern and a great feature, much better than those that only provide USB ports. Also, the chairs are very comfortable; even at 186cm tall, my back doesn't hurt when sitting in them. You definitely wouldn't get tired working overtime here. The elevator buttons and the entire elevator tended to generate static electricity. I got shocked several times. It might be due to wearing a down jacket. The bathroom trash can is on the left, but since I use my right hand to wipe, it was very inconvenient. I ended up just flushing things down the toilet. There are many slow-charging piles downstairs, so friends with electric cars don't need to worry. However, the parking fee is 0.5 yuan per minute, so you need to manage your time, which also made me feel anxious."

"Our final stop on the Northern Xinjiang trip was the Indigo Hotel Sayram Lake. The hotel is very close to the scenic area and is considered one of the better international chain hotels in the vicinity. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and tidy, although the hairdryer was a bit hard to find. The room wasn't exceptionally spacious but came with a small private courtyard. The room facilities were complete, and the hotel front desk staff were very enthusiastic. They called us a day in advance to ask about our check-in preferences and even added us on WeChat to send hotel check-in instructions and the hotel address. They kept reminding me to bring a thick coat for my trip due to the large temperature difference between morning and night. Truly worthy of its five-star rating, highly recommended!"

"This time, when I visited Sayram Lake, I chose this hotel, and the overall check-in experience exceeded my expectations. Check-in was quick, and the front desk service was attentive, patiently explaining the surrounding attractions and routes to us. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good, so it was very quiet at night. The bathroom facilities were in good condition, and the hot water was stable. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to see the lake views right outside, and it offers great value for money. When I had questions, the front desk was quick to respond, and the staff were friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied and will choose to stay here again next time I visit Sayram Lake. I highly recommend it to friends traveling to the area!"

"This was my second stay, and it was still fantastic! Last time, the shower pressure in the bathroom was a bit low, and the hotel said they'd bring a welcome fruit platter next time. Surprisingly, it was actually there on the table in my room, and they even upgraded my room for free. There's a night market right outside the hotel with ethnic performances, and the barbecue was delicious. The hotel's landscaping is excellent. Furthermore, the hotel breakfast deserves special praise. The variety is amazing, with not only common Western bread and coffee but also many authentic local hot dishes, and the fruit was very fresh. At checkout, the staff warmly inquired about my stay. Whether it's the facilities or the service, the front desk was incredibly responsive and patiently answered all my questions. They even delivered urgent items to my room. This hotel excels in everything it offers, making it extremely good value for money."

"The hotel is luxuriously decorated and the atmosphere is high-grade. The service is very good at the moment you get off the bus. The front desk lady is also very patient to explain. "Facilities: The hotel's hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were all of good quality. They provided a travel-sized pair of toothbrushes and enough toothpaste for half a month. The drinking cups were individually wrapped in plastic, making them convenient to take on the road. The attention to detail in the amenities for travelers was impressive. Right in the hotel lobby, there's a self-service machine to buy Sayram Lake tickets. The hotel is located just behind the Old East Gate, and it's very convenient to drive to the New East Gate area for dining. After staying a few days, I no longer needed navigation to get to and from the lake for meals. Room: The duplex room had two bathrooms, one on each floor. The bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably with the two types of pillows provided. On the fourth floor, there's a platform that gets plenty of sunlight and is very quiet, offering lake views. The laundry room on the basement level had relatively new and clean ironing facilities. The hotel also has a campsite within the 'Dianjiangtai' area. I even borrowed the hotel's kettle to make coffee and watch the sunset by the lake, which was very satisfying. In July, during Xinjiang's peak season, hotels are fully booked. Many hotels priced between 1500-2000 on Ctrip often receive average reviews for their accommodation experience. This hotel was recommended by Ctrip's itinerary planner, Yan Yan, and I personally feel that the amenities are five-star+ with a great personalized butler service experience. The yogurt at the hotel breakfast was delicious!"

"After a day of flying and then visiting Sayram Lake, I was absolutely exhausted. All I wanted was a hot shower and a good night's sleep when I got to the hotel. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no hot water. Both of us, in two separate rooms, had to take cold showers. Cold showers! In the freezing cold weather of Sayram Lake at night, it's a miracle I didn't catch a cold; my immune system must be really strong. I am extremely dissatisfied. I called the front desk, but they couldn't offer any immediate solution, saying they'd report it the next day and get back to me. However, by the time we checked out, there was no individual apology or follow-up. This was truly disappointing."
