"Very nice, cozy hotel. But the service in the rooms and the reception work leaves much to be desired. Upon arrival, a very dirty room was provided, I contacted the reception three times with a request to clean, but the staff only nodded their heads and did nothing. There were three of us in the room and the bed for the third person was not prepared, despite repeated requests. The bed linen is of disgusting quality, the blanket was with some tangles. It is a pity that the hotel management is not interested in high service and creating an excellent reputation for the hotel. But I want to note the work of the staff at breakfast, everything was excellent. Previously, I vacationed in Kas at the Molino hotel, also on the peninsula, and there is simply perfect cleanliness and cleaning every day, excellent bed linen."
