此酒店已經入住好多次了，這一次最生日。尤其是這一位前台工作者，態度差極差，冷漠，與她講話愛答不理，簡直抹黑酒店形象第一人，因為沒有工作名牌，所以並不知道她的名字衹能拍下來。然後到了房間先生被房間蟲子咬到腫脹的包！處理問題也很不行，一直來住因為覺得之前入住態度很好，現在越來越差，主要是前台服務人員還有禮賓部，雖然沒有對我，但我看到禮賓部的工作人員男性，對其他客人態度極差。但是給房間送東西的服務人員態度很好。在考慮要不要因為蟲子問題和沒給我好好解決的事投訴萬豪總部

今次訂了3個酷角房間，亦刻意右備註欄寫下特別要求，其中一間要相連房，為了配合酒店要求未到18歲需要大人陪同入住，因為是三個13歲小朋友入住，亦收到電郵確認今次入住要求，可惜到了checkin時，前台同事說沒有收到這個電郵，所以未能可以安排。大家在地球不同地方而集合重聚，唯有我們重新安排。
其中一間房3點已準備好，十分喜出望外，其他要4點才準備好，明白的！唯有到泳池泳，環境設施值得一贊，大概6點半到大堂取房咭，可惜還在清潔中，未準備交给客人，真的難以置信，陳經理唯有帶我們到大堂酒廊繼續等，15分鐘後仍然是只有一間準備好，因約了其他朋友在新馬路晚餐，唯有繼續行程。
到了晚飯時仍未有房間，這是第一次的體驗。

位置10分方便，旁邊有輕軌，風景很漂亮。
酒店人員服務一般。洗手間比較大
酒店的自助餐選擇比較多，及新鮮。

It was a nice pleasant stay at W. Everything is nicely done, the suite is huge with all the amenities needed. Would definitely come back.
