The hotel has a modern appearance and a spacious and bright lobby. The rooms are well-planned, spacious, with comfortable bedding, complete facilities and a great view outside the window. There are abundant dining options, with both Chinese and Western breakfasts, fresh and delicious, and the main meals are also unique.
The front desk staff, Achen, provided excellent service, with a friendly, enthusiastic and patient attitude. The check-in procedures were efficient and professional, and the answers to questions were meticulous and thoughtful, which made me feel particularly warm when I first arrived at the hotel and improved the overall stay experience. The hotel has a superior geographical location, with many nearby attractions and convenient transportation. It is within walking distance of the Ruins of St. Paul's and there is a bus stop at the door. The overall hardware facilities and software service level of the hotel are very high, and the stay experience is great.
