The elevator doesn't work. This is a 30+ story building, and we had to wait a half hour to be able to get down from the 23rd floor because there was only one working elevator and it is slow and everyone is requesting it at every floor because everyone needs to get down somehow. It was like an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm getting out of there -- when we finally got in the elevator, we were lucky to be pressed cheek to jowl with nice people who good senses of humor. The only way it could have been worse is if the elevator broke with us in it.

You can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.

I decided to stay in Macau for one night on the spur of the moment. I randomly searched for a hotel. Unexpectedly, it exceeded my expectations. It was very new and clean, and the room was quite big. There is a bus at the door to Guanye Street. It only takes 5 minutes to reach the three stops🤣🤣I will stay here with my friends next time hehe

Staffs are polite and good service. Also offer free luggage storage before check in and after check out. Just opposite to the airport. The only disadvantage is the room Abit old. Can see there is aging of this hotel. But the view is ok can see airplane

Room was comfy and clean. Service was great. Pillow was exceptional. Breakfast spread was vast but lacking in quality. They even offer herbal tea. Coffee not so great. Even the illy coffee machine in the room was not very user friendly and I don’t like the coffee note. Only wanton noodles and the hk milk tea taste good. They provide free shuttle buses to other hotels and old town. Staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions.

Location: Situated strategically, the hotel is within walking distance to major attractions such as the Cotai ***** and various cultural sites. This made it extremely easy for me to explore Macau’s rich history and vibrant entertainment scene without needing extensive transportation arrangements. Service: What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome. Whether it was a request for extra towels or recommendations for local attractions, they were always eager to assist with a smile. Conclusion: Overall, my stay at Lisboeta Hotel was a memorable experience. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent facilities, prime location, and outstanding service make it a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Macau. Awesome service from start to finish! This is our 2nd time coming and they were exceptional! Shout out to Melody for the duty manager for showing us our room and surprising us with a bday celebration for my partner and provided any help we needed. Furthermore, they have a WhatsApp system so it was easier to get items like extra towels.etc without needing to always call. ! The pool was also good , though it was scorching hot so we didn't stay long. The hotel is connected to MGM via a central one mall and you could use their shuttle bus or you could ask for them to help with a taxi, special shoutout to Roasch? For giving us a ride when the taxis weren't available. All in all. Love it and can't wait to come again soon.

Check in process fast but we think the deposit is a little too much (2000 mop). The amenities is good. All working, except for the electric kettle haha but nothing exag. Staff are good! Filipinos the best! We requested for water, in a matter of minutes here he comes. Very fast! We'll definitely booked again!! Swimming pool is great!

the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, the location is really good close to main attraction such as st paul. the italian wharf amphitheatre, food was close by. staff was quick to help. so everything falls in good. i dont need any facilities other than what the hotel provide so its a good hotel for me. thank you..

This quaint hotel surprised our expectations. It may not be a luxury hotel like the ones familiar all over Macau, but the service, dedication and congenial vibe given by its staff is truly impeccable! I would definitely come back and put my guests here again and again. Not to forget the convenience and close proximity it is to various heritage spots in the peninsula makes it worth it too!
