Hotel has good facilities, up-to-date maintenance and comfortable rooms. It is clear that employees are constantly concerned about cleanliness and other services in general, such as reception, recreation and service in bars and restaurants. However, the high quality of the cuisine deserves to be highlighted - for me, the establishment's strongest point.

Estadia incrível. Equipe de recreação, refeição, limpezas, tudo impecável. Todos muitos educados (chamam pelo nome no decorrer dos dias) muito prestativos (todos fazem o maior esforço para ajudar ou resolver o problema). Petisco sempre a disposição. Muitas opções de café, refeições muito equilibradas com muitas variedades (não dá pra pegar tudo). Com certeza vou repetir a dose.

Os restaurantes com comidas temáticas de excelente qualidade, bebidas geladas em todos os ambientes, quartos com ótima higienização, shows ao vivo com artistas locais... A estrutura muito boa, boa localização. Entretanto, a comida é razoável, por mais que tenha uma boa diversidade, no quesito sabor, acredito que pode melhorar. As máquinas de café, entregaram o básico, as opções que elas oferecem, tudo acaba tendo o mesmo sabor. Em relação ao atendimento, faltou um pouco mais de repasse de informações.
