The plus New building, close to the Oporto metro station (500m), room well equiped (specially big smarttv), communication with the staff (via whatsapp), easy to check-in. free parking on the street outside (before 17h there's plenty spaces), good wifi. Bakery very close, perfect for breakfasts. The minus: Ground floor studio should be avoided. Small sized room, the windows give you no privacy even with the shades down (people could sneak between them) and don't cancelate the noise properly. No daily cleaning (6 days stay) unless you pay a 25€/service. Shower leaking, safe not working and iron not in the room even though the empty box was in the closet (it was asked - via whatsapp - and delivered days after). Kitchenware not properly cleaned and lack of some amenities. Never seen anyone on reception desk and the fire alarm went off 2 nights (another guests smoking in the room) and it took a long time until someone shut it down. One of the night the firefighters knocked on my door and asked me some questions about the occurrence. Neighbourhood not that nice (some bars and dirty streets in the morning) and far from the city center.

Nothing wrong with hotel. The rooms were a large for a Capitol city hotel and very clean. The hotel lacked any amenities but offered breakfast next door (which added to the experience). The location is good but not in the central downtown area. It has excellent access to the tube and bus routes. We normally like to walk back to our hotels. This one took 25 minutes from the centre Sol. All down hill and mostly along a busy main road. The hotel was quiet but the area was rather run down with lots of homeless people around the rail station. The hotel was reasonably good value. If I wanted something in the centre at the same price I would probably be looking at a hostal or book well in advance. I must add, the staff in the Acta Madfor were most helpful and friendly

The room is a bit old, but it is clean and tidy, and the room is spacious. Western breakfast is great, all kinds of hot and cold drinks are complete. The hotel goes out and crosses the road and walks 500 meters. There is a subway to the center of Madrid. There is a large Carrefour shopping mall 300 meters ahead of the subway. Although the hotel is located in the outer suburbs of Mazuri, the traffic is quite convenient. There are few choices for the hotel and nearby lunch and dinner.

Business Hotel would say bad very well located in a very quiet area with very friendly staff , all renovated beds large rooms spacious rooms is a good breakfast also clear with a cook as is Cristina could only have things very good ! A good door parking and free and we always get a place to park and also I'm going to this hotel makes some 3/4 years price quality very good ! Also this site interests me clear but really very quiet !

This is a five star hostel. It’s in a prime location, near puerta del Sol, churrería 1902 is just around the corner and El Corte inglés too. The beds are comfortables and the rooms have a pleasant temperature. The best part is that they offer a safe for free and it made my stay much better as I was able to leave my passport and electronics in it. You need to bring your own padlock or pay €8 in the reception to close the locker you’re assigned. The only downside is that the beds don’t have a curtain and one of the guests snored all night so I couldn’t sleep that night.

The location is perfect but if you’re using a can it could be a bit tricky as the cars can’t go drive on the street except for permitted ones(?) so you’ll have to walk a bit with a suitcase to the hotel and also when you call a cab you have to go to the main road. But if you’re ok with that the rest is pretty amazing! The hotel is quite modern and great for young people and solo travelers.

This is a nice modern hotel. It’s easy to get to from the metro and airport. It’s only a 30 minute metro into the centre of Madrid from the hotel. The room was good, only problem was the pillows were a bit thin and the window was difficult to keep open unless you wedged something in there but they’re only very minor issues and I was happily stay here again.

We had to be in the Getafe neighbourhood for a few days, so B&B Hotel was an excellent choice for us. Especially given the fact that we had previously just stayed at a Getafe hotel with a less than ideal location. B&B was more centrally located; directly opposite a sizeable Lidl Supermarket, close to a bus stop, several restaurants and within about 10/15 minutes walking distance to the Getafe Central Metro Station. This made it quite convenient and just perfect for us.👍🏽 As I customarily do for my reviews, I'll divvy this up into the 'Positives' and 'Negatives'. PROS: Upon check-in, (and for an extension), we met PATRICIA. Patricia was a jovial, delightful woman who ensured a smooth, hitch-free process. Another staffer we encountered, (for yet another extension of our booking), was CRISTINA GÓMEZ. Christina was just as kind and pleasant. We had a nice chat with her. At check-out, MÓNICA SÁNCHEZ was also an absolute joy to interact with. So as you can see, service at B&B Hotel is absolutely fabulous! Every hotel employee we encountered was 100% professional, so B&B deserves tops marks for exemplary service! 👌🏽 I have no complaints whatsoever about the service that was provided at B&B Hotel, Getafe. We were informed about breakfast in the lobby for an additional fee of 8.50 Euros per person. Unfortunately we were so busy, we didn't get to try B&B Hotel's breakfast during our stay, but I must stay that it looked disappointing when we caught a glimpse of it on our way out one morning. The breakfast was mostly comprised of Breads, Pastries, Frittatas, Cold Meats, Fresh Fruit, Yogurts, Juices, Teas and Coffees. They say 'never judge a book by it's cover', but it just didn't look interesting enough for us to bother trying. I liked the deep blue colored walls, geometric signs/symbols, and a wall with 16 bold paintings hung close to each other by the seating/breakfast area. This is at the Lobby/Reception area. The B&B hotel logo was casually designed with chalk on what looked like a black board. Other written messages on the Reception/Lobby walls were 'smart peope sleep better', 'one cup of free coffee is always a good idea', 'embrace it', 'we have a great connection'- (in reference to the WiFi). This was done in white writing, with a simple font format. There was an actual bike mounted on an exterior wall. Refer to my pictures of it. It was really cool! 🚲 😎 The Reception area was basically 2 black stand alone high desks that housed the computers for processing check-ins and check-outs. These were rather unique. The 'come lift me up' and 'take me down' on the elevators/lifts was my favorite! 😍 Please refer to my posted pictures to see what I mean. The whole place had a cartoony, Pop-Art quality to it that was very appealing to the eye. It was all very fun and funky. 👍🏽 The lobby had a standing fridge with Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chewing Gum, a variety of Sandwiches, Fruit Juices, Energy Drinks, Beer, Carbonated Sodas and Water. It was a very pleasant stay. It is close to Plenilunio Mall, about 7 minutes walking, also close to the airport. It is located in a quiet area. To be able to cook in the aprtment you need to make a deposit of 20 euros. Overall satisfied with the experience and the price

Habitaciones bien decoradas, de manera funcional. Baño impecable. Camas muy cómodas. Personal muy amable, servicial y joven. Los servicios de restauración, hay que pagarlos aparte. Hay minibar, pero vacío. Hay máquina de venta de aperitivos y bebidas, pero funciona, exclusivamente, con billetes de 5 €, devolviendo cambio. Inconveniente: está apartado del pueblo de Barajas, y del Aeropuerto. El taxi, desde la T1-T2-T3, cuesta aproximadamente 20 €. El taxi a la T-4, puede costar 24 € aproximadamente. Una de las ventajas que tiene, es que suele haber taxis parados junto a la puerta del hotel. El hotel queda lejos de las estaciones de metro, pero hay paradas de autobuses cercanas, que conectan con Madrid Canillejas.
