The location is perfect for sightseeing. It’s my first time in Madrid and the hotel made me feel safe and convenient to travel alone. The breakfast was great with good services.

This is the second time staying in this hotel and we will for sure come back. We love it. This is a luxury hotel. Super beautiful, very comfortable and with amazing staff. The location is perfect. In a very clean, pretty and safe area. Also it's walking distance from Madrid's top attractions. I highly recommend it.

Hotel Regina was a lovely hotel to stay in. First of all, the staff was warm, friendly, and very accommodating. The room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed including water and toothbrushes.
To add to the beauty of the hotel, it was right in the middle of the town . It was easy to walk to many exciting places.
We highly recommend Hotel Regina.

The room although they said they upgraded us to a bigger room was adequate but smaller than I expected. Elevators were a bit hit and miss trying to get one. They had many people checking in and the same time, front desk didn't miss a beat assisting people, fast and efficient. Service great; location awesome and breakfast staff were awesome. The hotel was clean and the service was great.
