The room was old fashioned, there was 4 spiders in the room. The bathroom was tiny and awkward to get into. The room looked dirty and i sat nothing on the floor. We opened the curtains the view was the room opppsite. I wouldnt stay here again. The warm breakfast was all fried not a great selection to eat and they couldnt even get or tea and coffee right.

Friendly staff couldn't help you enough. Had dinner which was one of the best meals I've had in a hotel Rooms are great 👍 Will definitely be back and stay in Balameana for longer. The room was lovely and clean. The shower was excellent I can't wait to come back

We held our wedding in adair arms on September 11th 2024. From the very moment our guests arrived into the hotel to the very end everything was prefect. Staff was very friendly & helpful. All the food was lovely and there was plenty of it. Thank you to everyone involved.

Lovely service from most although but the server Morgan I think her name was made us feel really unwelcome. My desert although was good, but the waitress who gave my food made my welcoming feel like a burden, I’m not sure if I came in a wrong time but I felt unwelcome.

I am sitting in room 106 with a vibrating floor, vibrating chair, vibrating bed, and vibrating desk due to the kitchen fans which are located below. When I asked for the room to be changed I was told that the hotel was full and nothing could be done. This room is not fit for the purpose of a hotel room and should not be let as such. Whilst there was an apology, that was it. Be warned. If I could submit an audio file I would.

We stayed here for 3 nights as friends were getting married in the area. Arrived earlier than expected and the lovely lady at reception made some calls and managed to get us checked into our room early. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. We had dinner for the first 2 nights and both of us were stuffed. The breakfast was on point. Buffet style and help yourself. Great selection of cold breakfast items as well. Ideal location as well with everything within walking distances. And if you wanted to go further out afield. Then reception will gladly call a taxi for you. All in all. Great stay here at the Adair. And would stay here again in future trips.

A comfortable 3 star hotel with good staff. A nice cooked breakfast. Better when there are no coach parties because then it is quieter and cooked to order rather than self service. I asked for natural yoghurt at the beginning of my stay but it never materialised. The hotel decor is dated. It winds around quite a bit but there are good signposts. The bathroom floor was dirty in the corners and the shower very unpredictable especially with the temperature . Soap and lotion was provided but didn't smell very nice. Toilet paper was thin. The bed was comfy, the TV worked as did the wi fi. Kettle, tea and coffee provided and it was quiet. A lift was also available. Easy to walk to the shopping centres or the train/bus station. Also plenty of fast food outlets around and the hotel has its own restaurant.
