Posizione TOP, bello il contesto immerso nella natura con una vista mozzafiato sul lago Molto curato dal punto di vista delle aree esterne e nel l’insieme una bella struttura Da rivedere gli interni delle stanze, molto belle perchè alcune in pietra ma rubinetterie del bagni mal funzionanti, prese di corrente scarse e alcune un pó accrocate Letti comodi e pulizia delle stanze buona L’unico neo il ristorante improntato sul gourmet ma che di gourmet non ha nulla Piatti non equilibrati più buttati lì per stupire sulla carta che all’assaggio Il consiglio meno piatti, più semplici della tradizione ma così qualità e gusto Un ristorante che ospita per lo più stranieri che solo il fatto che mangiano italiano è buono, ma per noi è stata una delusione Nell’insieme una bella esperienza se avessimo mangiato bene sarebbe stata SUPER

Abbiamo passato una notte con il nostro cucciolo e in questa struttura, camera bella e confortevole, piscina con vista lago molto suggestiva, comodo è stato il fatto di poter portare con noi il cane sul prato dove c’erano le sdraio, così da permettere ad entrambi di godere di un bel bagno ristoratore. Colazione con prodotti top. Ci tornerei sicuramente

Bel posto, incantevole, soggiorniamo al loft da una settimana, inizialmente sembra essere davvero una bella stanza, poi cominciano i problemi con il condizionatore in avaria e hanno dovuto chiamare i tecnici 2 volte in una settimana, lasciati senza acqua calda per un giorno, per non parlare delle pulizie approssimative, la stanza ha polvere ovunque e non viene pulita come si dovrebbe, ultima nota dolente i piccoli cani dei proprietari proprio vicino la Camera che abbaiano tutto il giorno e che ci hanno svegliati più di una volta, peccato perché come ripeto il posto è davvero bello, ma se uno viene per rilassarsi di certo non si aspetta tutte queste cose negative in una struttura non proprio economica, anzi. Inaccettabile.

Il posto ha un potenziale altissimo. Molto bello, immerso nel verde. L’esterno appare abbastanza curato. L’aspetto non adeguato ad un resort del genere sono le stanze. Indubbiamente il gusto “campestre” può piacere o non piacere ma al di là di questo, ho trovato la camera molto sporca, lenzuola bucate e con capelli. Il bagno nota dolente: attempato, rimediato e di sicuro non pratico

Location stupenda posizionata in cima al monte con un panorama splendido sul lago Trasimeno. Camere deliziose e molto caratteristiche! Colazione e ristorante perfetti! Scoperta per caso ma si è rivelata una scelta vincente. Senza dubbio da consigliare!

As I stated at the time of payment, I was very disappointed with the stay for the following reasons: the room overlooking the restaurant forced us to always keep the windows and shutters closed so as not to hear the conversations of the guests; the shower is not closed and the entire bathroom gets wet; the mattress or the bed base creaked loudly; the 2 tea bags that I used were not replaced; the towels that were supposed to be available at the pool were not there; it is necessary that every now and then someone removes the insects from the surface of the water in the pool; it is necessary to warn the customers that there is a dirt road to get there: with the motorbike it can be dangerous. I expected a luxury stay and it was not. The only positive note: the young lady gave me a little discount but it is far from what was desired.

Not too great on the first night to be honest. The location, stunning, the room, beautiful with the swimming pool right on our door step. However, the heater for said swimming pool is located opposite the headboard of our bed, so during the course of the night you can hear the machine working away with a constant humming sound, which, during the night is greatly amplified. Spoke to reception the following morning, who gave the impression they knew of this, sorted us a different room for the remainder of our stay. Restaurant for dinner, excellent. The staff were both polite, and efficient and gave a first class service. Breakfast was great with a large selection to choose from. Catered for everything.

A nice resort built on a hill overlooking Lake Trasimeno, branded as a romantic resort but open to families with kids, sometimes spoiling the experience. The resort is spread between rooms in the main building, some too close to the restaurant, and others detached with more privacy. We have not been very lucky as some insects left us with annoying bumps but overall the place is in a very nice location. A couple of remarks for the management: stopping the bar service at the pool when the sun is still high is really strange and the menu at the restaurant should focus a bit more on the territory and its excellences, possibly with some more choices on veggies and fish.
