A comfortable modern hotel, spacious room, and the lift outside my room was the quietest one in all the hotels I have stayed at. Nice big shower, and powerful too. The room had a ceiling fan and AC. Breakfast is not in the hotel but it is a 4 minute walk away in their sister hotel. Breakfast buffet was lovely, with a coffee machine, juices, freshly baked croissants, palmiers, bread, muffins, baguette, meat, hard boiled egg, yogurt, fruit, scrambled egg, beans, frankfurters It is a 15-20 walk to the centre and 7 minutes walk to Málaga María Zambrano train station, which is where I got the train to the airport. The only thing that didnt work very well for me was the wifi, I kept losing connection, I had to stand by the door for better connection or use my phone's data.

No staff at the reception when we arrived at 4pm, so we had to use local line to contact them. The room is big. Have to park in the public parking which is around 10mins walk away from the hotel. Hotel located in small alley.

Stayed for one night before an early flight. The hotel is located in a fairly industrialised area a short taxi ride away from the airport. Check-in was a little slow as the receptionist was also looking after the busy bar, but otherwise the stay was very good. The room was clean, Moden, well sized with an excellent shower and good comfortable bed. Good Wifi, good air-con. Would stay overnight again if flying from Malaga.

Located just outside Málaga centre, this hotel is very clean and has excellent facilities. However, if you want to go to the city center, you must use the bus. It took about 20 minutes by bus to reach the city center, and public transportation was easier to use than expected, so I didn't feel any major inconvenience. The breakfast is great and the room condition is good. However, the swimming pool on the rooftop is thinner and smaller than expected, so take that into account.

From a travel point of view this alternative lifestyle hostel/Capsule hotel is a refreshing change from the norm . I have stayed several times mainly because I love Málaga and the Malagueta Playa is so convenient for many attractions ~ Muelle Uno and the Port,restaurants and bars and 15 minutes walk to the fabulous Alcazaba, Teatro Romana Amphitheatre and Gibralfaro Mirador entrance and the Historic Quarter. I enjoy most of the facilities of Futurotel and am Hugely impressed at the Hard Work of the ' Small' staff team of dedicated people Recently I heard that 3 staff members were summarily dismissed by the Cash oriented conscienceless Owners/ Management . I understand the Reception team have joined the Union to support their very clear case for Employees terms and conditions and fare pay. I wish them every success because it's the Reception/Housekeeping team that makes the Futurotel a success. I URGE any Clients/Guests to consider this and Question the Punitive activities of the owner against this hard working Hotel Family. A nine night holiday in the sun drenched resort of Benalmádena and the only hotel I stay is Hotel Fermin. This is a great hotel,reception staff are lovely, quick check in ,room lovely, twin beds for me and my twin brother,tv with lots of British channels,tea & coffee making facilities, fridge,spotlessly clean, half board as always, breakfast and evening meals delicious and varied, hotel bar's also good,swimming pool a joy to visit and location couldn't be better ,in the heart of this great resort, pubs,bars, cafe's and restaurants everywhere and beaches a short stroll away,loved our stay here ,can't wait to stay again next year.

We stayed 7 nights as a family with a young child. We had a lovely holiday and what made it special were the staff, the lovely pool and sea view room. The animation team are fantastic - they put on fantastic family entertainment and my 3 year old had the time of her life. The pool, communal areas and bedroom were spotless. The housekeeping staff work tirelessly to keep the hotel clean. We stayed all inclusive and booked a sea view double room. Unfortunately on the first night we discovered our room was above the evening entertainment and it was incredibly loud. It was impossible to sleep. I asked reception if there was a possibility of a room change and they moved us to the other side of the hotel with no fuss at all. We were very grateful they didn't make it awkward and understood why it was difficult with a young child. The food was ok. They do a good job of providing food for a large audience. It isn't amazing but it was fine for 7 days and we found something to eat every day that we enjoyed. The cocktails were terrible. Genuinely the worst I've ever had. Pre mixed and watery. The wine and beer were fine. They were missing soft drinks suitable for children at lunch and evening meal sadly. The beach is fine. Clean but quite stoney and hard underfoot. I would recommend sea shoes to enjoy it. Easy access to the beach was lovely though! I would visit again when it wasn't school holidays - it was busy when we went and it was just outside the holidays. I can imagine queues are much bigger when the hotel is fully booked! Overall a lovely 'easy' holiday as a family.
