I was in this hotel for three days in July 2023. They did not speak English. I had a stain on the sheet for three days. I saw a ball on the stairs for a whole day in a row. To ask for an extra pillow it cost me to be understood despite the Google translator. I had to ask for it up to 3 times. The guy at the reception preferred to be with his friends at the reception, talking and drinking, rather than doing his job. I asked them to print me some train tickets and they refused. The most serious thing for me was at a dinner when a tall young waiter with glasses scolded me badly for having taken many dishes from the salad buffet. Because of my nervous character, I preferred not to answer him, since I didn't speak English and in Spanish it was almost better that he didn't understand me because dinner was already bitter. Dinner took a long time to serve the dishes that were already known in advance and the number of people I went for a long walk to relax to no avail. Arriving at the hotel at 21:30. I saw that there was no one at the reception, I asked a waiter for the complaint forms, he told me that they did not have them. When I left, I asked for the claim form again and the one who I suppose was the owner said that she did not have it or refused. That if he took the money with great joy for that if they were fast, I showed him my complaints translated on my mobile, he smiled and told me how he felt and left. I suppose that when he collected the money from another client, they were quick and efficient for that. The worst hotel in my opinion on this trip. One of these hotels can ruin your vacation. Except for an older waiter, the rest of the people are very poor and the waiter is rude.
