This is a gem of a hotel. Beautiful lobby with helpful staff. Parking just across, easy and safe. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and the seating area has such a unique vibe. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a recent business trip and thought I would try and give a balanced review of my experiences. I decided to stay here base on the large number of good reviews both on Google and ***********. However I immediately realized that the place wasn't really in line with my expectations and regretted my decision to stay here, rather than in some of the other boutique hotels I was also looking at. To start with it's not really a hotel at all, despite the name. It's somewhere between serviced apartments and an American style motel, depending on what kind of room you have. I stayed in one of the ”loft” rooms which ironically was on the ground floor, with my door opening straight onto the street and pavement. Not ideal for security or peace and quiet. The space itself was very large but most of the unit was empty and very spartan. It reminded me of when I had moved house in the past and my furniture and belongings hadn't yet arrived. So if you like minimalism and Zen living this place could be perfect for you. For me it felt just rather sad and empty and not somewhere I wanted to spend any time, at least not without some beer. On the plus side the bed was soft and comfortable but the pillows were a a bit of a joke. Think four fat cushions full of lumpy teddy bear stuffing. I ended up making a more modest sized pillow out of the spare duvet. I remember seeing on the booking details that the place had a coffee machine. Great I thought. So yes, whilst I can confirm that my room did in fact have a coffee machine, it had no coffee to go with it. Which of course means that you need to go shopping and finding a shop that's open late or early is kind of hard in this neighbourhood. I also could not find a hair dryer. The room also didn't get any daily cleaning such as the bathroom or refreshing towels. Apparently if you stay long enough, you get a weekly clean. The unit was also really hot and despite leaving the air conditioning on full blast for many hours I only succeed in getting the temperature down from 30 degrees to 27. And as none of the windows opened my only option was to open the front door right onto the street allowing everybody to see in. Apparently this is a known problem and they are trying to fix it. But even if it had worked, leaving it on at night would not have been a good idea as they are industrial AC units and very noisy. Reception did try and find me a fan but alas, there were none. The loft rooms also have the bed upstairs and the bathroom and toilet downstairs so if during the night you need to get up to answer the call of nature you have a very steep set of stairs to navigate. Whoever was in charge of soft furnishings either cut corners or had a tiny budget because the blinds did not cover the full width of the windows meaning that basically the room was full of light even with the blinds shut. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the central railway station, but it is very close to the beach. It takes a few minutes to go out and you can take care of both ends. This is very good. The beach is very good, suitable for exercising, hiking and cycling. This is very recommendable. I prefer a simple and refreshing style.

The room was a bit basic, that's sort of regular Scandinavian hotel standard. But we had everything we needed for a short stay. Location was impossible to beat. It was a few minutes away from every place we wanted to visit. No free parking, but that was the rule for all hotels in the area. There was however a huge parking lot right across the street. Breakfast was good. Not the fanciest, but a good selection, good quality, and even sugar-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, and dairy-free options. The only bad thing was the coffee. It tasted burnt. There was nice mild background music and cute and funny details in the decor. Overall a good experience.

Check-in wasn’t smooth. A last minute booking on an external website took time to get trough to the front desk. At check-in at 10 PM we were told that we might have to wait up to half an hour to get a room. Fortunately it turned out to less. The room and bed was fine, but not the bathroom. A cheap shower curtain stopped well above the floor, so 80% of the entire bathroom got soaking wet. Not good enough. Apart from location, one reason for selecting this hotel was that they had hotel parking. Unfortunately, that wasn’t entirely true. There was public parking under the shopping mall next to the hotel. Even so, the hotel front desk pretended to know about the parking. The fee was hourly for the first 4 hours, then a few for 24 hours. The system was number plate recognition. The hotel said that you could exit and reenter several times within the 24 hours you already paid for. That wasn’t true. First I paid for 24 hours and the I paid a second time within the same 24 hours. It would be easy for Scandic to shape up.

We chose Unity Malmo because it was advertised as a perfect mix of traditional holiday apartment and luxury hotel. Unfortunately, we could not discover the part of the luxury hotel. The hotel is on Nobelvägen and there is a bus stop about 5 minutes away from which you can take line 3 either to the train station or towards Triangeln. However, only this one line runs and only about every 20 minutes. The area around the hotel does not offer any attractions apart from the Sorgenfri Cemetery. There is a smaller supermarket nearby which is handy if you are self catering. We chose the deluxe studio with 22 square meters. We were welcomed at the reception very friendly are we were also able to leave our luggage until the studio was ready. We received a map and a description of how to get into the building of our studio. Some of the paths are very winding and some of them can only be reached via balconies outside. Our studio was on the 5th floor under the roof with a slope. It was very warm and stuffy. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and the windows could only be opened when it wasn't raining. The interior is designed by a British designer and decorated in light beige. The individual cabinet elements are stackable. Unfortunately, the upper elements are not accessible for small people, not even the top level in the kitchenette, where pans and pots are placed. A small ladder would be helpful here if you are not accompanied by a taller person. The sofa bed of 140 cm x 200 cm is too small for 2 people, especially since access is only possible from one side as it is right against the wall. This is impractical. In addition, there is no bedside cabinet to store something. Despite the relatively large number of cupboards, there is a lack of storage in crucial places. In the bathroom there is neither a board at the sink nor at the shower. The table is also very small if you only want to eat for two. We found the associated chairs to be very uncomfortable. There was no real workplace where you could conveniently put your laptop. So we had to improvise a lot. The small kitchen is well equipped with portable induction hotplates, a microwave and also a dishwasher. The hotplates could only be used if you turned on the ventilation because the fire alarm was directly above the kitchen. However, the ventilation was extremely loud so that hardly any conversation was possible while cooking.What was missing was a tea towel to dry off a bit. A hand brush would also have been useful, as cleaning only took place every 7 days. With us, this was one day before departure - in this case it no longer makes sense. There is also a gym in the complex that can be used. The Orangery is very pretty with plenty of seating and a large games table for people to borrow one of the many games that are available. The room also invites you to linger over a coffee or cold drink. We didn't book breakfast as it seemed overpriced at 11 euros. There was no buffet, just a sandwich with c

This hotel must have a high score. First of all, it is convenient to travel. It takes only a few tens of meters to get off the subway. The room was clean and tidy, and the scenery on the 12th floor was praised and it was great. The morning is rich and fresh, and there are hot and cold foods. What kind of replenishment I want, I can buy it for emoria. The price, in the Nordic more than 500 nights is definitely the price of cabbage. Must be recommended, I hope that Ctrip can continue to sign in a similar hotel with good price and good environment!

We stayed at 3 days at Hotell Nordic Link which is situated in Lund's centre really close to Mårtenstorget and many other attractions are all within easy walking distance. What is a HUGE plus is that parking is available directly behind the hotel which has direct access (on the second floor) and an elevator. It cost 190 kr for 24 hours. Helpful and efficient staff. Our room had a little balcony, a mini kitchen with fridge and micro, it was clean, quiet and had very comfortable beds. The room had both blackout curtains and AC. The bathroom was a good size and had all the usual amenities. I think it needs a little shelf near the mirror for toilet bag, make-up etc. There is complementary Pod-coffee, tea and WiFi. However, there was no kitchen hand-towel/tea-towel. What we found problematic was the small breakfast area, there were queues and crowded in the narrow dining area. Considering we are in a Covid epidemic this really needs to be addressed. We tried eating breakfast after 9:10 to avoid queues but it made no difference. We ate outside but it was still very crowded getting the actual food. The cleaning staff were not wearing disposable gloves or using hand sanitizer often, I never saw any staff member do this. Why clean a room every day when there is a risk for infection? I have stayed at Nordic Lund before and I would stay here again, because I love the location but I would skip breakfast until this Covid epidemic is over.

Was so happy with this hotel. We arrived very late and told them that we wouldn’t be able to attend breakfast, because we needed the sleep. They were so kind and made lunch boxes for us and then kids and it was delicious. For the price this was much more than I expected.
