I originally booked a hotel in Palma, but it was canceled temporarily, so I booked this hotel. It is very suitable for friends who drive by themselves. There are enough parking spaces in front of the hotel.
The scenery of the hotel is simply amazing. Looking out from the restaurant and swimming pool area is the jelly sea that tourists are after. It feels no different from other popular jelly seas. You don't have to drive to other jelly seas. You can get there in a few minutes' walk. Go to the beach and play in the water.
The room facilities are average, but they are sufficient, clean and tidy, and beer is provided on the first night. However, like many Spanish hotels, there is no water refill, so you can buy a few more bottles of water to prepare when you go out.
Overall, it can be selected into the Life Hotel Series. Although the hardware is a bit ordinary, the scenery is really amazing. I will consider staying here again next time.

Quiet little are for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are beautiful, although some of the little finishing touches to decor have been missed. We did have an odd smell in the suite shower one day, but the hotel staff promptly fixed it (there can be a back up when very rough ocean conditions apparently). The views are unmatched. Would definitely stay here again

Incredible even when things go wrong
We had a really bad first night as our room was on the first floor which was connected to the restaurant and some inconsiderate guests decided to be very loud until very late. In the morning we woke up to a bad smell in our room coming through the vent. This was dealt with perfectly, we were immediately offered a new room on the second floor, no questions asked. From then on we had the perfect stay. The pool area probably has one of the best views you can have on Mallorca; we decided to cancel all of our plans and simply stay in the hotel for two days as the pool area was simply breathtaking and had very comfortable loungers, toilets nearby and a bar with food and drink. Even better from the pool area you can access two incredible beach coves within a couple of minutes - it really is the perfect balance between having all the amenities and being close to two of the nicest beaches we went two. One downside to that is that without a rental car you are somewhat stuck at this hotel and there wasn’t really a supermarket within walking distance that we found. Being stuck at this hotel is by no means a bad thing though.
Food in general was good, price/value of dishes was probably a little bit on the pricey side. Staff in general were very friendly and reception staff was excellent, super friendly and always very helpful.
We will 100% return to ICON when we go back to Mallorca.

Cute couple stay
We stayed two nights at the ICON Valparaiso. As we hoped, the hotel was very quiet with an amazing view on the nearby cliffs and the sea. The poolside area and bar was nice and quiet, even though the service was a little slow. I would 100% recommend for a couple or quiet group of friends looking for a retreat away from the masses.

Hübsche Unterkunft, wunderbare Meerlage, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar (Auto zwingend nötig)! Grosse Zimmer, liebevoll eingerichtet, aufmerksames Putzpersonal! Strand direkt neben dem Hotel, wenig Leute am Meer! Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl, mit liebe zum Detail angerichtet! Sehr aufmerksamer Hotelmanager, oft Anwesend, geht auf alle Anliegen ein. Allgemein sehr freundliches Personal!
