Tiene buena ubicación y estacionamiento. El hotel tiene muchas fallas, como la lleve q a cada momento hay q actualizar, hubo prob de falta agua. Me quedé ahí por el Gym y llegando me dijeron q estaba en servicio, cosa que me molestó, Porque por ******* nunca estuvo eso como observación. Pedí q una mesera me tomase una foto y se negó diciendo que el hotel les prohibía, cosa que me sorprendió. Es la primera vez que un empleado se niega a ser amable con el huésped. Creo que les falta tener un curso de atención al huésped. Eso si los desayunos muy ricos. Decidí seguir en el hotel por la ubicación. Aunque por el precio, omhay otros mejores.

The food isn't great, it doesn't feel fresh and I got sick eating breakfast there. The shuttle service put my road bike on the roof of the van and after expressing concerns they ignored me and did it anyway. They dropped the bike on the road and damaged it.

Two observations,
The room was excellent, except in the bathroom, the towel holder and tissue paper were broken and fell off several times. Even though the maintenance person came and tried to fix them, they were still falling out from the wall.
Breakfast needs to be changed, and each day should have a variety. They were serving the same thing.
