Cleanliness was not good, towel and bedsheets were smelling, glass were not cleaned, it was mentioned that wi-fi is available but when asked it was mentioned that in the room it is not available, the pictures shown and actual seems different. Overall comparing to the cost it is average.

Superb place to stay in coastal.

Just centre of the city. Spacious, good behaviour, little bit old compound but legend. For kmc hospital cisit for refular check up and its good just 200 m away the kasturba medical college. Ganesh hotel near to the surya hotel for breakfast, best and hygiene.

Ac was not working properly. Imagine paying for an ac room and switching on the fan because the room is hot and humid. The room boys are arrogant and behave as though they are doing you a favour. The tv was not playing the channels. Thankfully, the receptionist recharged the air-tel based on our request.

I booked ac room. I stayed ***** with my friend. Hotel room is very clean and toilet is also very clean and neat. Behavior of the staff is also good.

Had prebooked so could not cancel. The place is old. The gadgets, electrical switches etc are rickety and loose. The wall papers are peeled off and gives shabby look to the room. The hot water is lukewarm and you need to tell the floor boy for hot water which he obliges. The room is big and so is the bathroom. The saving grace being the receptionists are smiling a nd welcoming and do their job with perfection.

We recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be quite good. Despite being situated in the heart of the city, the surrounding area was surprisingly calm. However, our experience with the room was less than ideal. The peace was frequently disrupted by ringing bells, and unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of local toilets. Worth the price if hotel rooms are well maintained! ample parking area. Wifi connection is available. The washroom is good and hot water supply is available.
