Great apartment 80 m to beachBEAUTIFUL SEAVIEW. Fantastic apartment only 80 meters from the beach, 5 km east of Marbella.Residencial Playa Alicate is located the third row from the beach and situated in a nice suburb of Marbella, called El Rosario. The complex is completely gated with the security guard during night times.The beach is one of the best on the coast because of its sandy surface and the level of the seawater from the shore is going slowly to the deeper water and is therefore very suitable for small children.The apartment is built in a quiet and family friendly complex. The complex includes 2 swimming pools and 1 pool for small children.One pool area including the small pool for children is closed during low season 1 Oktober - 31 March.
