Everything is good, nothing to say. The staff is impeccable, outstanding customer service. I am very surprised by the quality of management and customer service. The sisters and brothers who are at the reception are very attentive, respectful, always smiling and ready to answer your complaints. Just a little message in their Whaspp group and in a few seconds you will have what you want. Free coffee, Swiss chocolate, breakfast, in short ... nothing to say. Thank you to everyone. Amazing experience. Modern build. Rooms we stayed in were clean and to taste. Very courteous staff, enjoyed swiss chocolate and Swiss coffee. I promised Awan we will surely be back. She was so helpful even with other queries.

It was really lovely staying in this brand new hotel. Everything is new and modern which is quite difficult to find in Marrakesh. Among all, hospitality of a receptionist named Chaimaa was impressive and she really made our stay enjoyable. Without her help, our stay would have not been the same. A big thank you to her. I will definitely come back

O Hotel não disponibilizou café da manhã. A TV e o wi-fi não conectavam, os recepcionistas parecem descontentes com o trabalho, ficam repetindo que não podem ajudar e que no dia seguinte alguém vira para solucionar os problemas. Entramos em contato com o proprietário, que disse que um técnico viria no mesmo dia para solucionar o problema, ficamos hospedados três dias. Estou aguardando até hoje. Nem desculpas recebemos.
Hospedagem cara, oferece muito pouco, pior custo benefício que tive na viagem para Marrocos.
