We stayed in this Riad for three nights. The location is excellent for exploring the city, the room we stayed in was beautiful, the cleanliness was good, and the breakfast was excellent. But what really stands out is the kindness of the owner and the staff. For example, we had to wake up well before breakfast time on two days due to excursions, and they explained how to make coffee and serve ourselves food. Never intrusive. I absolutely recommend staying here.

Riad magnifique
Notre séjour au Riad turquoise a été tout simplement formidable. Dés l’accueil à notre arrivée les clés nous ont été remises.La chambre est très bien entretenue et bien décorée et aménagée. La literie est de bonne qualité, le petit déjeuner très bon et les parures communes très propres! Merci à l’ensemble du personnel dont Sofiane et les dames qui s’occupent du ménage et du petit déjeuner. Bravo à vous et au plaisir de revenir très vite.

The staff was overall accomodating and the location was close to the Jemaa- el-Fnaa market. This made it easy to access the town. However, the shower in our room was weak and it took some time to get water warm. Open bathroom withouth door facing main door. The water in jacuzzi was cold and there is not golf or any activities offered as mentioned on the hotel website. You can not call yourself equivalent of 4star hotel. Top roof - not light , poor stairs, and dirty sunbeds. Breakfast - poor quality with pancakes , orange juice and coffee only. TV- unusable with spotty Internet. We paid for 5nights stay 700 euro pluse 37 euro city tax . Overcharged for poor quality!

Very nice looking building “historically” but in need of maintenance. No water pressure in shower. Uncomfortable beds. Broken light switches.

Siamo stati accolti calorosamente sin dall'inizio, con un buon thé alla menta, e ci è sembrato di essere in un paradiso fino alla fine. La struttura un vero e proprio mondo parallelo dove regna la pace dei sensi. Camere sempre pulitissime e atmosfera celestiale. Le fantastiche donne che lavorano in questo riad sono incredibili, disponibili e sempre sorridenti. E infine Sofien che ci ha fatto da Virgilio in questo magnifico viaggio. Per qualsiasi domanda, dubbio era sempre lì a cercare di "guidarci".

Les bouteilles d’eau ne sont pas compris dans le petit dej. Sofiane facture 60€ un trajet à 6€ en taxi et encore peu importe le prix le problème c’est qu’il refuse de le donner à l’avance et ça finit en insulte… Conseil! Assurez vous d’avoir toute les infos en avance…
