Tempoo Hotel Marrakech City Centre Adults Only
3.6/527 Reviews
We took a taxi as we didn’t know the exact location but it was only a short walk from the train station/Supratours bus depot. There was a queue to check in on arrival but staff were very helpful and efficient. Room was very spacious, very clean and beds were very comfortable with a fridge and balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and service was well handled. We sat outside in the sun lounge and watched the world go by … The hotel didn’t offer restaurant service in the evening so we had to eat out which was okay for us but may put some people off. Also the pool was outside so no chance of using it in February!
Marrakech Ryads Parc All Inclusive
3.6/579 Reviews
We arrived around 9.15pm on a Friday night, reception said to leave everything there and grab some food as restaurant closed in 15 mins. There was not much to eat as they were already packing away, but we could get something. PROS Quickly checked in and reception staff were lovely and we were taken to our rooms. We had a family suite, which was gorgeous. Large double bed and another room with 2 single beds, lovely air con, but no main lights in the bedrooms just lamps (which were beautiful. Lovely large bathroom. Pool was large and very nice, plenty of sunbeds and no 6am madness. There was 10 of us and we easily managed to get beds together after breakfast at 9.30am. Restaurant - food was lovely, amazing tagines for lunch and dinner, chips at lunch time and all sorts of pastas at dinner. Breakfast was very basic, but fresh omelettes and pastries. If you want bacon and sausages dont go to Morocco enjoy their cuisines. Staff were friendly, animation team were great, always going above and beyond and not too pushy. They just never stopped and in that heat I dont know how. They were AMAZING. Shuttle bus which fits 16 people on goes into town a number of times a day and picks you up. Slightly confusing, as you get dropped off in the middle of no where and have to walk to the square, so REMEMBER WHERE THEY LEAVE YOU as this is where you have to make your way back to, to get the bus home. Overall took about 25 mins. CONS Snack bar - hit and miss. some days you could get a burger other days just some pastries. Shop!!! BEWARE. They will rip you off. There is a man and lady working in there, if you see the lady she will overcharge you beyond belief. If you go when the man is there, he provides you with a reasonable charge. e.g. a packet of chips she told me was 100 dirham (around £10) I then went back when she wasnt there and the man charged me 40 dirham! Wasps - this is not the hotels fault but there are a lot of wasps around the pool. Throw your cups away after use. Bar at Night - so drinks stopped at 11pm, however from about 8pm there is only 1 bar to get drinks for the whole hotel. The Bar staff conveniently then go on breaks leaving 1 person working whilst you can see others standing in the room behind laughing. Huge queues which caused lots of arguments and angry customers in the evening. Middle of no where. You are not able to leave the hotel and go for a walk as there is nothing around at all. Overall it was lovely and these cons would not stop me booking here again.
Riad Emberiza Sahari
4.8/543 Reviews
The Riad is beautiful. Traditional yet modern. So chic. But the staff are the best part about the Riad - they really understand hospitality. Nabil, the manager, called me before I arrived to check everything was in order and confirm we were expected, which was nice. When we arrived we were welcomed with mint tea, and then served dinner. The lamb tagine is the best I have ever had, and the best food I had in Marrakesh was at the Riad. Breakfast is also lovely! Highly recommend the food - hats off to the chef! We were also serenaded by Omar playing the guitar on the first night which was also amazing. But my favourite member of staff was Muad. Muad is an absolute pleasure to deal with on a daily basis. He has lovely mannerisms and he really made us feel welcome. If I ever come back to Marrakesh I’d love to stay here again. If you are thinking about booking, don’t hesitate - you’ll not be disappointed.
Palais Tinmel Marrakech
4.4/582 Reviews
We stayed in the luxury suite and the room was absolutely gorgeous, complete with our own private patio. The riad itself is very spacious and beautiful, with plenty of areas to lounge around due to it being restored and combined with another riad. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and accommodating. Special shout out to Nadya, Muhammad and Hamsa. The food they prepared for breakfast and dinner was summarily delicious. The staff had excellent recommendations for each meal we had at the riad, as well as great recommendations for lunch and dinner in Marrakech. The location within the medina is in a residential area, so it's fairly quiet at night.
Opera Plaza Hotel Marrakech
4.1/549 Reviews
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The only big downside on my side is the fact that there is a lack of soundproofing. The 3 nights we stayed, we were woken up at different times (1 a.m., 2 a.m., etc.) by other people in the hotel (tourists and team staff) who were talking shouting in the corridors and couldn't care less. had absolutely nothing to do! Same at check-out, a person from the team went to check our room. The 2 small towels that the employees should not have returned were missing. We had some rather unpleasant thoughts as if we had stolen them!
Riad Kamal Medina
4.4/511 Reviews
We spent 5 days in this Ryad October 2023 in couple. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We took that breakfast was not a choice but correct. Very quiet. beautiful place. Wi-Fi is good. The room was right. The most important thing is that the Ryad, about the pool, is to look at the picture, it's more a pool than a pool, we arrived there was no water. I found our room was below with a huge noise due to the pump. I had to intervene to stop this pump. The terrace is not very large. The air conditioning of our room is noisy. When we arrived we changed the hair boards, the staff certified that they were changed. I doubt the hair boards were frozen and looking closer we found hair on one side of the bed. We made a trip with this Ryad we were treated as a cattle with an old vehicle for the same trip it was cheaper in a agency in the Medina. The rooms are very comfortable and the dining room is close to the rooms. We have been departing with Private Travel last time no answer to our emails and the organization of transfers especially return is to be reviewed. The hotel is a very good hotel, and the hotel is very good. The taxis do not want to make their counter function, so they want to mistrust the Moroccan people who are very welcome to beautiful places of good stays.
