Hotel is conveniently located near Marrakech city centre - the fact that we had a car helped. If you don’t have your own transportation then it is about 2/3 KM from the Jemaah El Fnaa. The hotel was nice and clean although it could do better with new corridor carpet and a lick of paint in the exterior. The service is good but could be better as the bathroom light did not get fixed and towel rail came off despite reporting to receptionist. The hotel is good but could improve in many ways.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

The quiet environment, the hotel hesitated and gave me a room on the fourth floor, but when I entered the room after arriving on the fourth floor, the sound of the impact drill was still loud , There was no way to rest comfortably, so I had no choice but to contact Ctrip's customer service. In the end, the customer service communicated with the hotel and changed me to a room on the fifth floor on the other side. It was very quiet and gave me an unexpected compensation voucher , Thanks to Ctrip's customer service! I mainly want to make complaints about writing this review. As a five-star international chain hotel, the hotel is undergoing renovations during the period of receiving guests, and the guests are arranged in rooms on the decoration floor, which is simply unbelievable!

It is little bit far from the city center but hotel is amazing like a heaven on earth. Architecture and landscape is perfect. Spa personnel is not kind and friendly. And also there was a problem in the bathroom with water they waited for fixing and cleaning so long.

This is the first time I stayed at Amanjena in Morocco under their umbrella. Amanjena Ruyi Tranquility...the store is as the name suggests, as soon as you walk in, you can feel the calm and relaxed feeling. All the staff are super polite (everyone), and they walk quietly...so that the guests are very comfortable☺️ It covers an area of ​​20 hectares but has only 40 rooms. During the stay, it is rare to see other guests with a high degree of privacy Since I didn’t have enough time to stay in Morocco this time, I chose the previous Royal Mansour Marrakech to stay for 2 nights, and this one in Amman for 1 night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, the reception staff are very rude ,we called the reception in the afternoon to send someone to fix the AC ,no one was sent ,we came back to the hotel around 2 o’clock in the morning, the security guard stopped us and made us wait until the receptionist came to check our documents ,(we asked again for the AC technician),Marrakesh is beautiful city but this hotel has the power to ruin your stay.

The hotel is in great location. Amenities are good pool is good too. But the staff are not well trained in hospitality. The aircon did not work in entire hotel. One of the days the room service did not come and I had to call them 3 time to get my room done. I even asked one day to warm my takeaway but they refused bcoz it’s hotel policy not to consume any outside food even in your rooms, how absurd!! My suggest is stay away if you can
