The room was clean, although basic. The room was not ready on time and the front desk staff seemed stressed out. When we went to the pool the door locked behind us and we had to call the restaurant staff to get us back into the hotel. The staff were polite and tried hard.

This hotel is recommended by French customers. Although it is a bit old, it is still good overall. I will stay a few more days in Marseille next time. The surrounding attractions are also good choices.

Personnel aux petits soins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de IMANE au coin bar de cet hôtel idéalement placé dans le 8e arrondissement de Marseille. Et que dire du jacuzzi, du sauna et de la fabuleuse piscine donnant sur le parc Borely et son hippodrome !!
