To return! Hotel pet friendly very advisable! We stayed last week of July with our dog. At our arrival Maria José made the check-in with friendlyness, offering us information about the area. The next few days we are in the reception of Teresa, which I would like to mention especially, as she tried us with 10, very nice with our dog. He advised us about the nearby canine beaches, informed us about restaurants for food, as well as information about the facilities of the establishment. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The bar music next to the nearby rooms can bother, as well as put some support for needs in the bathroom.

Es la primera vez que hago un viaje en familia, mi niña se comió todo el COVID (nació en 2019) y hasta ahora no nos hemos empezado a mover... Y no ha podido ser mejor! Estoy encantadísima no sólo con el hotel que también, sino sobretodo con el personal del hotel!!!! Ha sido espectacular y desde luego que ya formamos parte de esa gran familia del Gran Hotel del Coto! Menciones especiales sin orden de prioridad, al equipo de La Pecera, la guardería del hotel donde mi niña no ha querido faltar ni por la mañana ni por la tarde, atienden estupendamente a los niños las Seños Rocío, Alicia y Rocío... Una instalación espectacular para los peques a la que no le falta de nada! Bueno y qué decir el equipo de animación!!!! Maravillosos, todoterrenos y simpatiquísimos... Mi hija y nosotros con ella no ha faltado ni una noche a la minidisco y al minicine, no sé quién deseaba más que llegará la hora de bailar jajaja... Isra, Juanma, Dani, Merceditas, María, Tamera, Eva... el resto de nombres no los sé pero vamos tremendo equipo y tremenda energía, buen rollo y buena vibra. Y no sólo están con los peques se encargan de toooooda la animación del hotel, también adultos, adolescentes, ejercicio en el césped, ejercicio en la piscina ... T-O-D-O... Y siempre con una buena palabra y una sonrisa, realmente disfrutan con lo que hacen! El buffet libre y la comida, perfecta, comida variadísima, para todos los gustos y riquísima.... Espectacular el equipo de hostelería desde los que recepcionan (majísima Silvia) hasta los camareros (bellísima persona y tremendo trabajador Daniel) y los cocineros, gracias a la muchacha jovencita que me estuvo orientando con el pescado ;). Todos a full en el trabajo y sin parar en un trabajo estresante y que pocos valoran y se dan cuenta de lo que hacen. Igual las camareras de piso, encantadoras y atentas, y a tope de trabajo pero siempre con una buena palabra, una buena atención y una sonrisa. Y ya sólo quedan los compañeros de recepción y la chica de la Tienda La Huella, siempre atentos y agradables. A todo esto le sumas el entorno, las vistas, la tranquilidad... Qué más se puede pedir??? En fin ... NOS VEMOS EL AÑO QUE VIENE y GRACIAS POR TODO!

Bel établissement de bord de mer, les chambres sont agréables. Le minibar est inclus ce qui est fort appréciable mais il manquait à mon gout un plateau de courtoisie avec bouilloire pour pouvoir se faire un thé ou café dans la chambre. Il y a trop de décoration superficielle partout dans l'établissement, trop de texte à lire qui est remis avec les badges d'accès de la chambre. Les piscines sont agréables, et les différents services de l'hotel tels que bars et spa ont des prix tout à fait corrects. A noter que le prix du parking est relativement élevé sans avoir la certitude d'avoir une place. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est complet, grande salle de restauration.
