This Hotel is a Scam center. For the safety of your family never stay here. 1- Snake found in the hotel on 24th August in front of me. 2- I booked two rooms for total 5500 but at the time of check out they charged me 11000 which is a completely a scam and fraud. 3- Cockroach in bed and washroom 4- Rooms are very dirty, blanket, bedsheet are very dirty. 5- No room cleaning facility. This hotel is a big Scam in Matheran. Be safe ..

The hotel is below average. The family room with two beds is unclean and located in the basement without any windows or air ventilation. The bathroom is poorly maintained, with water leaking from the sides of the commode. As expected, hot water is only available between 8-10 am, but even then, it's barely more than a bucketful. The blankets are old and worn, likely used for ages. The location is average, situated at the far end of the market. The staff is terrible; we had to remind them multiple times to address our concerns.

Rooms were not ready before checking time. No amenities provided like towel or soap. Bedsheets were dirty. Hot water supply was not there. Too high price as compared to stay

Worst hotel i have ever stayed, it was stinking and bathroom was not clean. For 3k per day expected at-least basic stuff.

The rooms are good but the room services are so bad there is no telephone in room if you need any help you have to go reception again n again, even they don’t provide hot water they said that will available only in morning 8 to 10 but at that time also there is no hot water in taps for switch on the ac there staff takes more than one hour. But according to location market and view points are near by.

Hotel was good to stay for a one day, but washrooms were not good, no hot water, electricity is fluctuating, prices are high fir such hotels
