Rezalet bir otel her anlamda biz mağdur olduk sizde mağdur olmayın 3 çoçuğumla birlikte bu oteli tercih etmememdeki en büyük neden denize sıfır olmasıydı alırkende bazı yorumları okudum ama nekadar kötü olabilr ki dedim gerçekten de çok pis bakımsız hastalık kaparsınız o derece çarşafları bile değiştirmemişler yani sizden önce kalanların pis çarşafında yatacaksınız çoçuklara ayrı oda kendimize ayrı oda tuttuk ama plajından havuzuna lobisinden odasına böcek doluydu heryer kalamayacağımızı söyledik mümkün değildi para iadesi yok dediler baktılar sorun çıkarıyoruz tamam dediler iade edicez 10 gün sonra ama etmeyeceklerini söylüyorlar Can diye ne işle uğraştığı belli olmayan bir kişi var öyle pişkin ki alışmış çünkü bu duruma sürekli şikayet gevşek gevşek iade edemiyoruz ne yaparsanız yapın dedi.Hakkımı helal etmiyorum ve ilgili mecralara şikayet edip bu işin peşini bırakmıycam.

"Hotel" ? I'm not picky but we had the impression of having hit rock bottom in this establishment... The apartment had 2 bedrooms. Outdated decoration. But above all VERY dirty. (Dust, grease in the kitchen and so on). Some electrical outlets did not work. Ibis budget passes for a palace!

Very dirty (toilets not clean, hair on the bathroom floor, traces of toothpaste on the mirrors, floor not mopped). No one was attending the reception desk during business hours, had to call someone to check me in.

Booked very late in Evening when flight was cancelled by BA . On receiving confirmation of booking it then said latest check in was 8.00 pm which was nearly 4 hours before the booking was made . How can you accept a booking when it it is impossible to access the hotel ! Now refusing refund via our booking agent **********

Terrible experience. Only notified us after making an (emergency) booking that late check-ins were not available. No response from calling, so didn’t risk going, and now experiencing an ongoing refusal to honour a refund despite not being able to accept the service we paid for. A booking we only made on the basis of what turns out to be false information. Looking at the other reviews it would appear we had a lucky escape!

The place is disgusting, the sheets and towels are dirty. The blanket is used and not covered with a sheet. The feeling that the sheets are also used.

It was dirty dirty and nothing was working, A/C, water in the toilette and there were no sheets into the bed. I felt so badly and dirty and I didn’t sleep all the night long. We arrived at 18.30 and there was almost no reception and they were not expecting us even if the booking was confirmed

Free airport shuttle and free wifi were advertised on *******. In reality the hotel offered neither. I waited at the airport for an hour, then paid for a taxi. Finally arriving, found room dirty. The sliding doors couldn't lock or even close properly. No restaurant, and none in the area. No way to even buy a bottle of water. Could be OK if properly managed, but right now it's basically a scam.
