周圍環境很好，馬路對面有商店及餐飲，自助早餐比較簡單，housekeeping是五天一次，酒店不提供一次性物品包括拖鞋，飲用水也不是每日免費提供，不過旅遊住宿還是比較不錯的，酒店門口有免費停車場，對自駕遊友好

Very neat and clean facility, although our king suite had a window above the AC that was very grimy. Appeared as though ice cream smudge was on it. Lou who was helpful in many ways expertly cleaned up the mess with a smile and good cheer. Front desk staff was attentive and very friendly. I was not particularly thrilled with the morning breakfast service as it was not the healthiest of breakfasts, lacking fresh fruit, juices and quality yogurt and cereals. The hotel is nicely situated near plenty of fun eateries and pubs on State Street. Bedding was very comfortable.

We had two rooms next to each other and had a wonderful experience here. Staff were so friendly from the front desk to breakfast to cleaning. The beds were comfortable and their breakfast choices were a great way to start the day. The kids enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Media, Philadelphia, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. We checked into room 437 and immediately noticed a foul odor, particularly strong in the bathroom, resembling that of a porta potty. Despite notifying the reception, the temporary solution provided didn't last, and the odor persisted throughout the night, making it impossible for us to sleep comfortably. Even worse, my children almost vomited each time they used the bathroom. When I raised the issue again in the morning, the front desk acknowledged that this room has a history of similar complaints. It's baffling to me why a room with known issues would be assigned to guests in the first place. To make matters worse, I was told no alternative rooms were available due to full occupancy. The lack of proactive solutions and the suggestion of points towards my membership as compensation (That were never added) do not adequately address the significant inconvenience and discomfort we endured. Guests deserve better treatment and a more responsive approach to resolving such issues promptly. I hope this feedback prompts a review of room assignment procedures and a commitment to ensuring that guests do not have to experience similar problems in the future.

We tried to use this hotel to house guests for a wedding we were having at a local venue. We should have realized this hotel would be a problem when we had to contact the Dirdctor of Sales and Marketing several times before getting a response. Then it was agreed that we would get blocks of 10 rooms which would be increased once they were filled. Our 10 rooms filled quickly and we were not told they were complete until a guest tried to register and was required to pay full price. We again played tag with the Director who reluctantly gave us 7 more rooms. I was surprised that the hotel didnt just add rooms to a wedding block as they filled up. We then needed to find another hotel to accommodate all our guest. We also asked the Director about reserving the meeting room, actually making a trip to the hotel to discuss this and leaving a reservation form for the room as she was in a meeting. After not hearing from her for a week, i called to check on availability. She stated it was already reserved but didn't think it necessary to convey this to us, so we could make alternate accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel for any event you would need rooms reserved. They were very unattentive.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. The customer service is horrible. When I booked my room they told me I could cancel up to 7 days before check in, then when I cancelled the very next day, over 20 days before check in, they said it was non-refundable. The don't care about their customers one bit. There are some beautiful bed and breakfasts in the area, I am staying there from now on!
