The room shown in pictures didn’t match what was offered on site. Very misleading. Took an hour of to and fro to be allocated a different room. The travel voucher never arrived by email, spent $$ on travel first day (shouldn’t have to) and got a travel voucher later after escalating to customer service. Breakfast was fine.
It’s a nice property but a few ******* as above. Must show correct pictures for rooms on advert.

A very good Swiss country hotel. Very clean, with Swiss residential characteristics. If you drive, I recommend this one. It's a ten-minute drive to Lucerne. Don't compare it with international brand hotels. Travel accommodation is safe, clean and distinctive. As for luxury, it's all about money, but it can be salty🉑️sweet

Ein für Schweizer Verhältnisse gutes und günstiges Hotel. Ein sehr guter Drei*** Standard. Sehr sauber, es wird täglich gereinigt. Kein üppiges, aber ausreichendes, qualitativ sehr gutes Frühstück. Das Parken ist vor dem Hotel auf dem Parkplatz kostenfrei und es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Mit der Gästekarte u. Bus-Haltestelle vor dem Hotel in 15 min kostenfrei nach Luzern Altstadt. Super! Kleiner Pool mit Liegen, hübsche Bepflanzung, Restaurant und Bistro/Bar. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Very convenient to commute into Lucerne. A very regular bus service outside the hotel. No frills hotel. Enjoyable stay. Did not eat at the Restaurant

A very friendly welcome with Swiss hospitality- a hotel that maintains standards for cleaning, service and hosting.Family owned which reflects in the hosting. Breakfast was very good and sorry i didn’t have more meals as the restaurant menu seemed very tempting.On the hills of Lucerne with a bus stop right outside for easy commuting if not with a car.
