The location is good. It is convenient to take the tram and there are shopping facilities right next door. It is great for travelers because there is a washing machine. The facilities are a little bit outdated than I expected.

The room is as good as ever. It has been almost 10 years. Every time I come to Melbourne, I stay in this hotel. The room type is reasonable. The kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom are all independent, and there is a washing machine. I really feel at home!

The place is quite old. It can be seen that the Somerset Group acquired the old address, which is different from the Bangkok Somerset where they often live. The group may think the location is OK, but ignores the requirements of the guests.
