The location is excellent, the facilities are complete, the hotel is clean and hygienic, the waiters are nice, the space is adequate, and the price/performance ratio is high. However, during my four-day stay, no one at the front desk could speak Chinese, which is inconsistent with the description.

I made several reservations and stayed for 7 days in a row, but the room was cleaned only on one day, which is outrageous. Shower liquid, shampoo, toilet paper, and toilet paper were not replenished when they were gone. We went out late in the morning (after 11:00). When we returned to the hotel in the evening, we saw that the trash in the room was not picked up or cleaned. It was really frustrating! What Chinese courtesy? The front desk staff in the lobby cannot speak Mandarin!
