It was a really good trip! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. did not manage to take a photo of the hotel room but everything was clean and spacious.

Good location !! close to Southerncross station. (around 10 minutes on foot), walk to Flinder street station just 15 minutes. Hotel was easy to reach , entrance at the main road(Collins Street). The room was quiet & clean, with enough kitchen applicance. Because it is a studio, the hand basin was a bit small. Got down the hotel ,U can easily catch light rail to any where of Melbourne.

Thankful to be given late checkout until 11.00 am. Would be good to have more shower soap. Also to provide some space or tabletops in the toilet to put our stuffs.

My partner and I love staying at the Oaks on Collins, This room is lovely for an overnight stay. We have also stayed in the rooftop apartments they offer and they are also great!

Well located, spacious, no window, no natural light, quiet, comfortable. The bathroom sink is only for washing hands. There is a shelve, so, it is not possible to wash the face or the teeth. The kitchen is convinient. There is a washing machine outside the room, 8AUD wash and dry. The bed sheets don't isolate enough the bed linen. It is gross when accidentally touch it, it has stains.
Overall a pleasant stay.

A great location and fantastic value for money. Staff were very friendly and the ability to hold our luggage before check in and after check out was very much appreciated (not all hotels offer this service). Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Perfect for family of four during school holidays. We will be back.

This room doesn't have cleaning service, and some guests got drunk and started fighting. It's too dangerous.

it’s a really nice and cozy place in the city, along the free tram zone! opposite the beautiful intercontinental hotel, and near southern cross station too so it’s super convenient.
walls are pretty thin, i could hear my neighbour blasting his video games. but other than that, all is good!

the lovely people at oaks upgraded my booking to a two-bedder suite!
it was spacious and cozy for my half week trip for work
bathrooms could have been bigger but wasn't an issue at all
no water is provided on site (coffee is however) so keep that in mind if you are picky with tap/bottled water
self check-in is available and they can keep your luggage before/after if needed

Very easy check in. Room clean and tidy and lots of open space. The location is a convenient walk to Southern Station and a 20 minute walk to Flinders. The only negative thing is the lack of space in the bathroom as the vanity is so small you can’t put anything anywhere.

Location perfect. Overall ok. Problem of toilet design it is unreasonable small, should be more larger because still so much space inside the room.
