In September becouse of my passport i did need to travel to out of country and i choose adana. I stayed there about 3 weeks. I did talk to hotel manager about my situation and he did give me very good discounts for my accommodation and also he booked the best room of the hotel with too walls full veiw of city in 5 floor. Staff they was very professional and helpfull. I did feel really safe and service was amazing

How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

I'm glad you've re-entered this beautiful difference when you re-entered this comfortable and comfortably beyond the expectation of a shop hotel in this city. We found this hotel in Mersin, where I was first gone, in a hurry. Firstly, it is in a bad location. When you asked the shop around you could answer ”the rooms are not a dress”. When we went to the hotel, the room left for us wasn't cleaned yet they took us to another room and perhaps one room for one person, then one room was available. inside. The clothes' phone flows without any break, what they put on is shampanya, your hair is cloudy, the box's cover is not closed, etc... We said we would leave them all aside and have a nice breakfast when it's morning, but what is possible . Absolutely disappointment. The cooking in the buffet was cold, very little, something we could eat in that small buffet but impossible was also cleaning tables. If you were to work, you might prefer this place alone than Mersin, but with your family, I say don't stay here with your wife.

The bedroom was very well designed, Bed & pillows extremely comfortable. It was great to have a duvet that was actually bigger than the bed. Shower was brilliant & great to have a hairdryer that was not attached to the wall, making it easier to style your hair. ALL staff were very helpful, polite & friendly. hope exam went well!). Food could have been a little hotter at times, but other than that it was plentiful and of good quality. All drinks were also of good quality & again a good selection of local & imports. I fell in love with these hotels immediately. I love stylish boutique hotels. Decoration in Ottoman style, even rooms have no numbers only names of sultans and sultans. Wood floor, not laminate or tiles, wooden finishes, windows. The most important thing is that the hotel is located in the very centre. I immediately got a map with a tour destined for a tour that is exactly the same as what I intended to visit. I definitely recommend !!

Elif Hatun Konagi is a unique boutique hotel. It is housed in a centuries-old building with character, in the center of Tarsus near touristic sites. The halls are decorated in a chic-retro style and the two courtyards are enchanting. You feel like you are transported in another era. Each room is named after a sultan mother and is decorated beautifully. The room was also spacious and super clean. We had the ”Hurrem Sultan” room, which included a Turkish hammam. This was so much better than the ordinary hotel bathroom! We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. On top of being delicious, the meals were affordably-priced! Finally, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful. If it was possible, I would give 6 stars to this hotel. Thank you, Elif Hatun Konagi! : )
