The hotel is good value for money. It is cleaned every day, the staff is friendly. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away, which goes to and from Venice. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The area is quiet and clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. My only complaint is the size of the shower. It is narrow for larger Europeans, but we managed.

I recommend it to anyone looking for a base to visit Venice. Friendly and helpful staff. Equipped with free internal parking and all the comforts of a small hotel. The only flaw is the carpet on the stairs which makes it look a bit old

Hotel in an excellent location very close to the station from which you can reach Venice in 10 minutes with high train frequency. Our triple room was very spacious and clean. You can see that it has been remodeled even if the floor, although new, is noisy in some places. New bathroom. The breakfast (everything at the table) is good and of good quality. All the guys in the lobby were very helpful and really kind. I really appreciated receiving the map of Venice with two recommended routes. Parking included in the hotel courtyard. Advised.

Small hotel in Mestre, in a strategic position. In fact, it is a few minutes walk from the train station. You can leave your car in the car park and travel by public transport to reach Venice. The structure itself is good value for money but could do with some renovation. The rooms are basic, with slightly dated furnishings but clean and equipped with everything you need. The kindness of the staff makes up for the negative details. With some improvements, the Montepiana hotel could really be a gem. However, I recommend it for anyone who wants to visit this area of Veneto.

Totally value for money. 5 min walk from the train and bus station, with easy connections to Venice and area. Super friendly staff, available 24/7. The room was simple, but we had everything we've needed. We even had a small balcony .Great air conditioning-very important in these hot days.
