The staff are kind. Music is playing and it's lively. It was a bright atmosphere for those staying.

The Hostel was good in general, close to bus and subway stations, it was not a party hostel so there was no noise, rooms where spacious and clean. What really needs improvement is the cleanness of the showers. I stayed there for 3 nights and the floors inside the shower were discusting, old soap, toilet paper and this big chunks/balls of hair on the floor. Took three showers in seperate stalls and everytime the floor was not good.

El lugar, las instalaciones, el ambiente y la ubicación todo estuvo bien lo que para mí fue una MALA experiencia fue con una persona en especial de recepción la señorita Karina pésima atención al cliente grosera déspota y nunca daba solución a mis requerimientos deberían darle capacitación para que aprenda atender al cliente

One of the best hostels I've ever been to! Hot water, good bed with plugs, many areas to socialize and work, kitchen and everything! The only thing I would change would be the pans that no longer have handles and that it has drinking water (a jug or something)! Overall, great hostel even to live in (I lived here for a month last year) 😁
