The worst experience ever haha. As a traveler who has explored various accommodations worldwide, I must express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at this hotel!!!! The worst reception experience imaginable!!!!!! First, the abysmal attitude by the front desk staff. She consistently failed to answer phone calls promptly, leaving guests waiting for over five minutes just to hear a response. I called for 10 times. Even when she did pick up, she was shockingly rude, resorting to insults and impolite behavior towards guests. Some calls were outright ignored, while others were abruptly terminated with disdain. In addition, every piece of information provided by the front desk proved to be grossly inaccurate. Airport personnel confirmed that the guidance given by the hotel staff was entirely wrong, resulting in me waiting for two hours in a torrential downpour unable to secure transportation. This level of incompetence is inexcusable and reflects a complete disregard for guest well-being. Furthermore, the overall condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired. Unless it's an absolute emergency, I would strongly advise against staying here. I will not recommend it to anyone. My stay at this hotel is a nightmare. It's a regrettable and appalling experience. Save yourself the trouble and don’t choose it!!!!!! Btw, if you want to hear the rude voice, please come to me because I recorded some of those words by the front desk and that is really interesting

The boy at reception was very nice. Smiling polite is very helpful. The welcome was very pleasant, the room was outdated. A little floor, not very clean but very adequate to sleep a few hours before taking the plane

The location for me is pretty great, because if you come out the motel (feels like a motel to me, more than a hotel) you are opposite the airport! you can turn left and walk a few blocks to lovely cash only latino coffee/breaky/brunch/cocktails bar or turn right for classic americana McDonalds etc. Also being on a main road makes it very convenient for uber, as they can simply pull up infront of the reception! There is a pool, but when I was there it was closed out (see photos). So call ahead to check on that before you book if you like to take your cocktails in the shallow end!

I expected it to be a better place but it is good, there is no elevator which is not convenient at all when you carry suitcases, it is small but I think it has good service and a good location!

Excellent attention from the staff, the room completely comfortable and clean, all the services work perfectly, the stay is quiet to rest and easily accessible by public transport. One step away from the airport. An affordable price so my assessment is excellent. I really liked the place I would repeat.
