衞生間的水管可以改改，相關設施可以更新換代了。
水量小，洗浴設施老舊。

房間面積和服務都不錯，設施和衞生用品明星陳舊，夜晚比較吵鬧，甚至深夜三點還聽到吼歌的聲音。隔意效果差，隔着牆都能聽到打鼾聲。早歺品種和質量較以前有所下降。
