Hotel com localização razoável, em frente à estação de metro, porém sem qualquer estrutura de hotel. O café da manhã era em estabelecimento ao lado, sem ser do hotel. Era dado um voucher para isso e o café disponibilizado era bem fraco.
O chuveiro não tinha pressão o que nos obrigava a usar só o chuveirinho para tomar banho.
Copos de papel e a camareira não repôs por 2 dias
O hotel não deveria ser considerado nem 3 estrelas

La colazione è assolutamente deludente perché piene servita in un locale allestito per ospitare una pizzeria. Offerta minimale: adatta per chi inizia una dieta. La struttura è priva di parcheggio ed è difficoltoso perfino sostare le lasciare e prelevare i bagagli. In definitiva vi è un pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo

We are coming to this Milano Hotel for around 12 years and we are relunctant to change it for any other. The location is really great and despite that we feel that the Hotel may need some improvements, over all we think it is worth to stay here every time we visit Milano. The team is very professional as well as very gentle helping us to feel as home.

Location is great, staff very friendly, very clean room. The offerings in the room also very good, water daily and refreshments. But the room situated on the roof top (no windows to look out) with no lift access really was a disappointment, considering the price I paid. I guess as I was a solo traveler this is the dedicated room that they put you in. There is air-conditioning working well in the room, and I would say over summer it would be on the lowest temp, as it would absolutely be very hot. I was offered that someone can take my suitcase from level 3 to level 4 up the stairs, I declined as my bag was not that heavy. But, sadly, for these reasons I would not stay at this hotel again. If you stay there ensure you request a room on the lower floors.
