The service is fine, the facilities too but the location is not practical far from everything

There are a lot of choices for the buffet breakfast, but the location of the hotel is not very good as it is very far from many monuments. If you travel with a tour group, it would be alright as they have a bus to bring you there.

The bed is very comfortable, neither soft nor hard. I slept very well. A dream bed for Chinese babies. Extra large bathroom.

Further away than anticipated. Not suitable for guests who would like to walk and experience Milan. After dark there are no well lit streets, or local supermarkets. Rooms are comfortable and well decorated. First bottles of water are free, but after that, if you need water you have to go downstairs and pay. A small bottle of wine is €12.50. No room service. And the hotel is in a very derelict part of town. On my day of check out, I had been given a late check out of 2pm..... I was disturbed by three different staff who had access key cards to my room and despite answering them when they knocked, some tried to access my room whilst I was still showering and getting ready.
