I recently stayed at 280 Awon Mirissa and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The accommodation did not live up to the value for the money spent. The rooms were not clean, and overall, the place felt neglected. I expected a lot more for the price I paid. I would not recommend staying here.

The owner is a CRIMINAL, tried to extort more money from us once we arrived. Doing some research you'll find he has a history of doing this again and again. ******* don't do business with this hotel, and potential patrons, you are warned.

Modern, clean, spacious rooms with all the facilities and amenities. Amazing breakfast! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were flexible in arranging the check in at late night and arranging a late breakfast as we requested. Walking distance to Salt Mirissa and many other hotspots in Mirissa! extremely convenient. highly recommended to anybody!

Myself and 4 friends stayed here for 1 night and loved every second. The family who own it were so welcoming and went out of there way to make out stay as comfortable as possible, they even offered to transport us too and from a recommended restaurant as it would be a long walk. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the main town. The rooms were nice, clean and equip with everything you could possibly need. I would 100% recommend this hotel.
