Была в отеле в рамках группового тура. Снаружи показалось, что всё неплохо. Но, как обманчиво впечатление... Маленький, душный холл ( при заселении группы из 56 человек - почти давка). Один небольшой медленный лифт. Коридоры с безвкусной мебелью. А дальше - номер... Если бы это было моё самостоятельное путешествие, я бы требовала смены номера или дополнительной уборки. Но была наша большая группа и возможности не было. Номер грязный - пыль, паутина, волосы, липкое пятно от разлитого пива на полу. Вырванные розетки, отвалившиеся плинтуса, старая мебель. В санузле душ отделен шторкой от общего пространства, без порожка, вся вода льётся по всему полу. Но, даже если вам удастся аккуратно принять душ, то вода нальется из раковины, диаметр которой меньше, чем отверстие под нее в столешнице. Есть кондиционер, но он очень старый( старалась не думать о том, какие в нем старые нечищенные фильтры) и, внимание, пульта от него нет... Спустившись на ресепшен, я узнала, что пульт стоит 10 евро! Или мужчина с ресепшен " может вам его пойти и выключить. А ночью, если будет жарко - придет и включит). На удивление, постель была чистая и удобная. Есть минихолодильник. Балкон. Неплохой вид из окна. Завтрак - не на три звезды, конечно. Всё стандартно - хлеб, яйца, соевая колбаса. Пару кусочков огурцов. Одна кофемашина. Самый худший отель, в котором я бывала.

Where do I start? Dirty, dusty, hairs everywhere in the room, bugs in the bedding... no hand towels, 1 piece of toilet paper provided... The accommodation is cold, the refrigerator is loud. The terrace started to rot, cigarette butts stuck in the railing. The only positive is the staff, they are nice and helpful, but they cannot compensate for what has been described, the management should think about how long it can be done like this... You don't expect luxury, I didn't commit to impossible things, just basic hygiene is needed at least achieve.

I’m afraid l’ll never be back again here. It is such an old hotel of socialcommunist style. I went back to my childhood, but meanwhile 35yrs passed away. Our room was not clean, so we asked for extra cleaning in the first minutes, as the floor was covered with dust, so much dust and many bust bunnies, and unfortunately, not only under the beds but at visible places. Moreover, we found the bed’s mounting frame damaged so we even had to have it exchanged shortly after we had arrived. Air conditioning was ok, it worked and we could heat with it. Matresses of the beds were also ok. We had liquid soap in the bathroom but we had only one towel per person, and I found no hairdryer. The dinner was ok, although, service was poor. Television has a relatively appropriate screen size and quality of screening was also surprisingly good.
