S Hotel Montego Bay - Luxury Boutique All-Inclusive Hotel

I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

I am a repeat guest at the S Hotel Montego Bay, and every stay only gets better! The level of service provided by the team here is simply outstanding. Danielle from Housekeeping is my new favorite. She is passionate about her work and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Stacy at the restaurant is exceptionally professional and attentive, always making dining a pleasant experience. Paula at the front desk delivers excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming approach. The management team truly stands out. From GM Mrs. Pryce to Homroy, the Housekeeping Manager, Andre in Entertainment, and Rashel, they are always on the move, checking in to ensure everything is running smoothly. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the hotel. I’m already planning my next trip, and I cannot wait to be back! The S Hotel remains my top choice for a wonderful and memorable stay in Montego Bay.

Very clean and beautiful. The view was amazing especially from the balcony pool. Very accommodating staff, always checking to make sure we're having a great time. I really enjoyed the food and the presentation is definitely a 10/10. Definitely coming back soon.

Our stay at this boutique, adult-only all-inclusive resort met our expectations, delivering a charming and relaxing experience with some areas for improvement. Arrival and Check-in We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, greeted with a refreshing beverage and assistance with our luggage, although a cool towel would have been a nice touch. The check-in process was smooth, despite a brief wait. Room The room was comfortable, with a thoughtful welcome snack pack and plenty of outlets. However, a few minor issues detracted from our comfort: the sink water didn’t get very hot, the shower pressure was underwhelming, and the bed was uncomfortably firm. Additionally, the room layout felt a bit awkward, with towels placed inconveniently and drainage issues in the shower. While we appreciated that some maintenance concerns were addressed promptly, others remained unresolved. Dining Dining was a mixed experience. The steakhouse was a standout, offering a memorable dinner, and Roots Rock was really good too. Overall, the quality of fruit and desserts across the resort was underwhelming, lacking the freshness and variety we expected. The Marketplace buffet was standard, though presentation and cleanliness could be enhanced. The Continental restaurant provided a lovely setting, and the pool grill served hot, satisfying food. Drink quality at the Cafe varied, with the juice and cookies being delightful exceptions. We were surprised by extra charges for certain beverages, such as a glass of wine, which felt unexpected for an all-inclusive experience. Amenities and Activities The pool was inviting, though it could have been cleaner. The towel setup was slightly confusing, but there were plenty of seating options and floats available. Rashai, the activity leader, did an outstanding job, and we enjoyed the water aerobics and live music, which added to the atmosphere. However, the activity schedule could be better coordinated, as we encountered some cancellations and timing mix-ups. The pickleball court was a fun addition, but it could benefit from an improved fence to keep balls from rolling away. The beach was a pleasant escape, often uncrowded except when cruise ships were docked. While the sand was not the finest, it still provided a great spot to relax and unwind. The spa experience was mixed. While the nail technician was skilled, the setting felt cramped and uninviting, with basic equipment like a consumer foot bath that came across as tacky and below the standard expected. On a positive note, we thoroughly enjoyed the Irie Baths, which provided a unique and relaxing experience that added to our spa visit. Overall, I would recommend the massage services over the nail services given the setting. Staff and Service The staff was generally friendly, particularly the activity team, but there were some inconsistencies in service, especially in the spa and café, where some interactions felt less welcoming. Nice room and good restaurants.

Food here is excellent. 24 hour cafe, three restaurants though only one open last night. Private beach, safe and well patrolled. Nice pool area too, some nice little bars scattered throughout including one on the 6th floor. Attentive staff. The room I had looked a little tired and could do with a little renovation. Right on Hip ***** so if you’re game to run the gauntlet of unhappy shopkeepers and guys trying to sell you **** or a taxi ride along this street, there is some retail therapy here too.

Very well kept and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The restaurants cater a variety of cuisines. The staff was phenomenal in all areas of the resort, especially Makeda. She made us feel even more welcome and make some awesome drinks. Will return and highly recommend this resort.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is welcoming and always ready to assist as needed. There was an issue with air conditioning in room we were assigned to but the manager Andres stepped in and made sure we were in a new room and were satisfied. Thank you Andres and you had impeccable customer service and it was greatly appreciated. The food and options could be better. Overall I had a great experience with the S Hotel despite room issue. It is at Doctor Cove beach, therefore you have all access and not have to pay to go on beach if you were not a guest of hotel.
