I was very disappointed with this motel, I had booked a stay and accidental put in the wrong dates, I immediately contacted the motel manager to cancel the stay. I booked the stay 4 days in advance, the problem was I booked for a Friday night when I needed a room for Sunday. They were unwilling to cancel my reservation even though I contacted them within 10 minutes of making the reservation, contacted customer service and they also tried to work with the manager but they would not accommodate us. I really think this establishment was totally unfair since it was a busy weekend and they would have been able to rent the room, so they make out with $179. 00.

The staff was rude, and gave a hard time for a refund. The rooms stinks like cigarette smoke smoke and staff clamed it didn’t.

The front desk staff was so very helpful and friendly! They take a picture of your credit card and Id and keep it. I asked if they shred it after check out but got no response. The room was not very clean ( walls, mold behind toilet, bathroom vent hanging down, front door needed to be wiped, food on floor) We kept out shoes on. And kept our bags up. It’s very loud being as the floors and walls are not very sound proof. For a quick overnight it did the job.

Room stinks tobacco, and was not clean at all. Looks like they are remodeling some of the rooms..
