Desde la recepción fuimos atendidos con mucha amabilidad. La habitación era muy limpia y confortable En el restaurante fueron muy atentos, excelente comida. El lounge bar, con la conversación amena de Samir, invitan a pasar la noche lluviosa bajo techo. Volveremos.

Acabamos de pasar todo un fin de semana en este Lodge y es simple y sencillamente maravilloso La atención que recibimo siempre fue amable y respetuosa, en el restaurante la comida es deliciosa y con un ambiente acogedor y además, cuidan cada detalle de la habitación para que la experiencia sea unica. Super recomendados.

El hotel es muy lindo, tiene un gran encanto y la decoración del bar/lounge es de los aspectos que más destacan. Es pequeño y se siente privado. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El desayuno está incluido y es bueno. El personal tanto meseros, guardias, recepcionistas son todos muy amables y atentos. Tal vez me hubiera gustado que tuviera alberca o jacuzzi pero eso es sólo un plus. Recomendado al 100%.

Mi familia y yo nos quedamos en este hotel por dos noches y no hay suficientes cosas buenas que decir. Todos nos han tratado excelente: Daniel e Itzel en la recepción, y Daniela y Ethan en el bar/restaurante. Todos fueron muy pacientes al responder nuestras mil preguntas, y nos dieron un servicio fenomenal. Aparte de esto, los cuartos y el hotel muy lindo y limpio. Lo recomendaremos a todos nuestros conocidos que planeen en visitar.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff was attentive and welcoming. The property is beautiful and the included breakfast menu was varied and delicious. It was a great retreat at the end of the day after experiencing the amazing cloudforest. Surpassed our expectations.

Beautiful relaxing hotel! It’s been recently renovated and modernised. Lovely rooms with very comfy beds and pillows. Air con was available but not really needed for us as it was cooler in Santa Elena/ Monteverde & the rainy season. Powerful hot shower with beautiful organic and lovely smelling toiletries supplied. The bar is great - comforting and large enough for you to have your own space. Food was excellent in the restaurant and very good in the bar. Included breakfast was one of the best we had in CR with tonnes of choice. No pool but that’s understandable given it’s cooler in the cloud forest so we didn’t miss not having it whereas elsewhere it felt more of a necessity. Hotel location is great too - only a 10 minute walk to the town (though be aware the walk back is up a very steep hill). Best hotel we stayed at in CR. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Excelente servicio y hospitalidad. La comida excelente y tragos, happy hour. A los chic@s de restaurante y bar agradecemos su amabilidad. Juegos de mesa ajedrez cartas en un muy lindo ambiente sirvió para conectar más entre la familia, salir de aplicaciones y pantallas. La estadía en Monteverde fue espectacular con Treetopia, Tiger Falls, visita a refugio de perezosos. Mucho trekking, vida al aire libre, naturaleza y adrenalina. Ojalá podamos volver pronto.

The photos don't do this place justice. Sibu Lodge is adorably furnished, comfortable, and well-appointed. The landscape architecture is phenomenal. The food at the restaurant is really yummy and the staff is top knotch. I came here with a tour group — and our stay was magical. We saw all sorts of wildlife including an adorable little green toucan. Elain, our waiter in the restaurant, was friendly, attentive and brought us a flaming drink as a surprise which was really sweet. Every night during our trip, a wonderful thunderstorm rolled in — which gave the lounge area an extra cozy feeling. The chai lattes and deserts were top knotch there. I also felt very safe as a female traveler. The beds were comfy and the rooms were just right. My only complaint is that I wish the shower was a bit easier to work. Too many knobs. But, don't let that dissaude you. This place is perfection. I only wished I could've stayed longer. Monteverde is a beautiful town with so many amazing things to do and really great food. I will certainly be coming back to stay.
