The stay was nothing short of awful. We had booked 2 rooms and one of them was dingy, dark, small and had 2 mice in them. On reporting this the duty manager Daulat Singh was unapologetic and nothing short of rude. Exceptionally poor customer service from his behalf and he needs retraining in hospitality section. Other staff are good. NO HOT WATER. WE HAD TO ASK HOUSE KEEPING TO GET THE MICE OF THE ROOM. TAKE MY ADVICE TOTALLY AVOID THIS PLACE. FOR THE COST YOU PAY YOU GET ONLY RUDENESS IN RESPONSE

Air condition was not working till morning,Swimming pool was not maintained,Toiletry/refreshing kit was not available in the room,Water bottle was not available in the room,Everything had to ask to arrange while paying /nightNot worth it.

Ambiance is good but standard rooms are not up to the mark. Old tv of 19 th century. Ceilings are broken. In restautant only 2 waiter(one coock and another waiter) take care of all the guest. Property under maintainance. Positive is lush green garden. Top view restaurant.

Location is excellent but new wing has very small rooms. They provide heater which is very good in such cold condition.

The upkeep of property was very bad. Main entrance road was badly broken. Tiles in bathroom were broken at several places, room linen were dirty and worn out with stains. Sofa upholstery were dirty and worn out. There was dust on almost everything. Ac was not working properly. Rooms were smelly. So was too scared to try food. Suit room sleeping area was very small.
