The room is spacious and bright, and the window is picturesque. The room of the Yongding Tower can be seen, which is refreshing. The sofa is simple and generous, and friends do not lose face when visiting. Attentive service, worthy of praise. 👍

I had a memorable trip! Before I even left, Ben Lin, the hotel manager, called me to explain the whole process, including parking, shuttle bus location, and luggage check-in. He even added me on WeChat and sent me their official account. I already felt the service was great. Just before leaving, I twisted my ankle. It wasn't serious enough to affect my driving, so I still drove for over two hours to get there. When I got out of the car, I realized I couldn't walk. I limped through check-in, and Ben Lin was there to greet us. He brought me Yunnan Baiyao (a traditional Chinese medicine for injuries) and even got a wheelchair to push me to my room. Along the way, he told me about the facilities and my itinerary, saying I could call him for anything, and he'd help if he could. It was really heartwarming. He didn't even ask for a deposit for the wheelchair, and I even took it out (though I barely used it; I still ended up limping everywhere because the stone paths were impossible with a wheelchair, haha!). Even with a twisted ankle, it was still a pleasant trip!

The whole family was satisfied. The guest relations department contacted us in advance and upgraded us to a family room, which was fantastic: the room was spacious, well-ventilated, and even had a washing machine – it was incredibly comfortable! For this price, the overall experience completely exceeded our expectations! Oh, and the big ice cream cones were cheap and delicious.

The hotel has a fantastic design, very grand and impressive. The location is super convenient, right above the subway entrance. Being at Wangfujing No. 1, it helps avoid Chang'an Avenue traffic, which means less congestion while still being very accessible. The room's light switches are easy to use, and the toiletries provided are better than many other five-star hotels I've stayed in. During housekeeping, they noticed I was using a water bottle as a temporary cup and thoughtfully replaced it with a disposable one. They also proactively placed my suitcase on the luggage rack. I'll definitely stay at The Puxuan again on my next trip to Beijing.

The place is beautiful and owner couple were super helpful! Location was perfect to go anywhere in the Watertown and not too far from the entrance to the Great Wall. Also super near to the square where the drone show is at. Breakfast was great, often being served with local treats for us to try. We stayed with 2 teens, 1 child and 2 adults. My children were upset that we didn’t stay any linger there. If we would to be back, it’s definitely where we’ll be staying! Highly recommended!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The only downside was that the hot spring ticket provided by the hotel stated it opened at 3 PM, but when we arrived at 3 PM, the gates were closed. A sign at the entrance said it opened at 3:30 PM. Waiting for half an hour in the scorching heat was a bit tough. I hope the hotel can confirm the correct operating hours and update their information accordingly.

We stayed at Bolo Hotel for one night after a long day visiting the Great Wall, and what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by Liam. From the moment we arrived, Liam impressed us with his initiative and professionalism. As soon as we stepped out of the car, he immediately helped with our luggage and insisted on carrying our bags. While all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, Liam stood out by a mile because of how proactive he was in anticipating guests' needs. We had purchased some fruits from a nearby local market, and without us even asking, Liam offered to wash them and later presented them beautifully plated in our room. He also offered to assist with our laundry, consistently going above and beyond what would normally be expected. What impressed us most was that his attentiveness never felt forced. On the morning of our departure, despite having worked late the previous evening, he personally came by during breakfast to check that everything was going well and that we were enjoying our stay. At checkout, he had already noted our departure time and, without any prompting from us, proactively asked whether he should come and help with our luggage. His service was truly second to none. Liam is a tremendous asset to Bolo Hotel and embodies the very highest standards of hospitality. He sets an example that many in the industry could learn from. We are extremely grateful for his kindness, initiative, and genuine care throughout our stay. Thank you, Liam, for making our short stay such a memorable one.

The hotel boasts an elegant environment, making you feel like you have an entire mountain to yourself. Built into the hillside, the two-bedroom suite we booked this time was located mid-mountain. The hotel community has complete facilities, and the main entrance is fenced off with a gate, so the security is reassuring and makes you feel very safe. The shuttle service uses Voyah commercial vans, which are super comfortable! The staff helped with our luggage, which was very thoughtful and attentive. It's about 10 kilometers from Badaling Great Wall, and Shuiguan Great Wall is nearby and not crowded. Juyongguan Great Wall is also conveniently located on the way to Beijing South Station, so we stopped by, making our trip even more rich and fulfilling.

We had a fantastic two-night stay in a family-friendly room at the Marriott Beijing Changping. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly cozy, featuring wall art, a carpet, a game table, a children's bathtub, bathrobes, and toiletries – everything we needed! The kids' club offered a wide variety of activities, and the bubble ocean in the Tangleqian Hot Spring was a lot of fun. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast buffet was extensive with fresh ingredients. The outdoor pet park on the first floor was a big hit with the kids!

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! You can reach the foot of the Great Wall in just two minutes. The room was super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. My in-laws, who were traveling with me, loved just relaxing in the armchair by the window, breathing in the fresh air, so much so that they said there was no need to even climb the Great Wall – just staying at the hotel was a treat in itself. There's also an adorable tabby cat at the hotel that loves getting belly rubs. Dining was convenient too; Yanxi Fishing Village is right in the courtyard, and the food portions were generous. After we came back from the Great Wall, we rested at the hotel, and the staff even thoughtfully brought us afternoon tea. It was such a warm gesture and really helped to wash away the fatigue from climbing the Wall. The scenery at Mutianyu is just beautiful! We'll definitely be back, and when we return, we'll stay here again and come to pet your cat once more!
