I said I had already booked it, and she said that she needed to scan the code to write off. Although I have not had such operations in other hotels under the name of Huazhu Club before, because the staff said that it was needed, I scanned the QR code provided by the staff on WeChat. After scanning, I found that it was the official account of Huazhu Club. Then the staff said to help, I gave her the phone. It was about half a minute later, I found that my phone's page was parked on my mobile desktop page, and she was deleting the app.
I asked her what app you deleted? She said that she deleted the Huazhuhui APP. Then she didn't explain anything to me. In fact, I can understand the group may have such assessment requirements for staff, but I think the staff should not operate my mobile phone without clearly informing me that I may use my mobile phone to download certain software. And, if I hadn't seen it, she wouldn't even tell me she'd already downloaded the app and deleted it. To be honest, in this operation, I am not sure if she has taken my mobile phone to do other things, such as delete the verification code of Huazhuhui, which may involve checking my mobile phone SMS. I think this thing is very unreasonable.
Second, after checking in later, I had to lock the room because I had to rest.
Generally speaking, there are two types of anti-lock in the hotel, the first is the anti-theft chain, and the second is the anti-lock of the door lock. But I found that the room I was in had no way to anti-lock the door lock, so I contacted the front desk. The front desk told me that the cleaning aunt had already got off work at that time, and the cleaning uncle would not go to work until 7 o'clock. No one can handle this for me at this time, and their front desk can't help me deal with it, so I have to wait more than an hour until the security guards go to work.
Later, they arranged for me to come to the door, but the staff member said that there was no way to lock the door, and she checked the room opposite me and the room next door for me, saying that they had no way to lock it. I said if there is any way to help me change to a locked room at the same price, it said that it is not possible, because they should not have this anti-lock system.
Later, I contacted the front desk again. It was their manager who answered the phone. He said that this is the whole season 4.0, and the whole season 4.0 cannot be locked. I said that I usually live in other seasons on business trips, and they can be locked. Why can't this be. The manager said that if I had lived in other seasons, I should know that they can't lock. I asked her, I said that if I said that as a customer, I would definitely not know whether you are 3.0 or 4.0 before I stayed at the hotel, but if you can't lock it like this, there must be a safety hazard.
Then the manager replied to me that there is a way to lock, that is, lock with the key. I said, that is OK, you can give a key. Then the manager said that if the key is used, their lock will be updated, so they will not give the key to the guest.
I said that there must be a safety hazard. The manager said it didn't matter, and their security guards would patrol once every two hours. Then I asked, if there is no way to handle the locks for me during the daytime hours, how can I ensure safety? The manager said it was safe anyway, so let me not worry.
After about 20 minutes, another staff came to the door and told me that they checked that there were other rooms that were locked and helped me change to other rooms. I also agreed to this plan.
What I don't understand is that if there is a room that can be locked at the beginning, why do you always say no, and say what you are? The whole hotel has no door lock that can be locked, until I am really angry and ask them for so long, I can change rooms.
Third, after changing the room, the bedside table floor and toilet in the room were full of water, and the shower was full of water, and it was not cleaned up at all. I don't understand why a chain hotel can do so much, even the most basic hygiene is not good.

FFutejiaduixiaoxiong大學生，第一次住這種大套房，先來誇誇：
1.衞生（5）：和商品圖視頻一模一樣，房間很新很大，非常非常乾淨。
2.環境（5）：因為近郊所以很安靜一點也不吵，高空風景不錯，有山景也有街景，到了晚上很好看。吃飯方便😋樓下走幾步就有各種飯店。
3.服務（5）：態度很好。我們最開始時訂的房間還沒打掃出來，前台小姐姐還主動提出了免費升房。後來我們另訂了這間大套房，因為準備離開時還沒吃午飯，又免費延時了一小時退房。
4.設施（4.5）：整體風格温馨輕奢，房間兩面幾大扇落地窗高級感滿滿。有小冰箱（衹是裏面沒燈，我最開始還以為壞了🥺），還送了沖泡飲料（茶和咖啡），不過我最喜歡的還是浴缸（前台很好，一次性泡澡袋不夠了去拿就是），衞浴分離，是不同的小房間，還有兩個洗手枱，馬桶是恆温智能馬桶。
以下是我個人覺得需要改進的地方☺️
1.價格：日常價格三百多上下就合適，節假日沒有人住店大可不必漲價，國慶440感覺還是貴了些，不是所有人都願意這麼花💰。
2.設施：
A.衞生間還是應該裝不透明的玻璃，浴室裝了磨砂玻璃，衞生間也可以，畢竟上廁所還是很私密的事情的！
B.房間有兩個煙霧報警器（好像是？），晚上睡覺關燈後感覺一閃一閃的，雖然不是特別明顯，但對於睡覺比較挑剔的人來説可能有影響。
C.小米智能家電沒有和所有設施完全配對，使喚不動一些設施，可能剛開業不久還沒弄好。
D.這個套房應該是酒店最貴的吧？感覺可以送個影視VIP🥺這麼個套房居然沒有VIP。
E.浴缸接水太慢啦，而且後面放的水都不是很熱了。浴缸這種大口，後面水會冷的很快的，還沒接太滿水就衹變得温熱了！
衹顧着享受了就沒怎麼拍房間本身，陪幾張夜景和美食~

Xiao Chen at the main station upgraded the room type for me. It was facing the sunrise and taking pictures on the balcony of the room in the morning. There are my husband and wife in the evening and early morning. The hotel service is not bad. The room on the mountain is too cold and the room has put electric heating for us. The mountain is 33° high temperature and the ice and fire are two days. A great experience.
