第一，我在前台辦理入住的時候，前台的工作人員問我有沒有訂早餐，如果沒有的話，可以送我一份。我説我已經訂了，她説需要掃碼核銷一下。雖然我之前在華住會名下的其他酒店沒有過這樣的操作，但是因為工作人員説需要，我就用微信掃了工作人員提供的二維碼，掃完以後我發現是華住會的公眾號。然後工作人員説幫**作，我就把手機給她了。當時大概過了半分鐘左右，我發現我手機的頁面停在我的手機桌面頁面，並且她在刪除app。 我就問她你是刪了什麼APP嗎？她説刪了華住會的APP。然後她也沒有對我進行任何的解釋。其實我能理解可能集團對工作人員有這種考核的要求，但是我覺得工作人員不應該在沒有明確告知我，可能會用我的手機下載某些軟件的情況下，擅自對我的手機進行操作的行為。而且，如果我沒有看到的話，她甚至不會跟我説已經下了APP，然後又刪掉。説實話，在這個操作過程中，我不太確定她有沒有拿我手機做其他的事情，比如説刪掉華住會的驗證碼之類的，可能涉及到查看我手機短訊。我認為這個事情是非常不合理的 第二，後面辦理了入住以後，我因為要休息，所以要對房間進行反鎖。 一般來説，酒店的反鎖有兩種，第一種是防盜鏈的反鎖，第二種是門鎖的反鎖。但是我發現我所在的這個房間是沒有辦法進行門鎖的反鎖的，於是我就聯繫了前台。前台告訴我説，當時保潔阿姨已經下班，而且保潔大叔就是7點才會上班。在這個時間是沒有人可以為我處理這個事情的，他們前台也沒有辦法幫我處理，所以我還要再等一個多小時，等到保安上班才行。 後面他們又替我安排了工作人員上門處理，但是那個工作人員説他們這個門就是沒有辦法反鎖的，而且她當時為我查看了我對面的房間和我隔壁的房間，説他們都是沒有辦法反鎖的。我説那有沒有辦法幫我換到同等價位的有鎖的房間，其表示不可以，因為他們應該都沒有這種反鎖系統。 後面我就再次聯繫了前台，是他們經理接的電話，他説這是全季4.0，整個全季4.0都是不可以反鎖的。我説我平時出差也有住其他全季，都是可以反鎖的，為什麼這個不可以。經理表示如果我有住過其他全季的話，我就應該知道他們4.0是不能夠反鎖的。我就問她説，我説我作為一個客户的話，我住酒店前我肯定是不可能瞭解説你是3.0還是4.0，但是你這樣反鎖不了肯定有安全隱患。 然後經理就回復我説，有一種方法可以反鎖，就是用鑰匙反鎖。我説，那也可以，你給一把鑰匙也可以。然後經理就表示説，如果用了鑰匙的話，他們門鎖會更新，所以他們不會給鑰匙給客人。 我就表示説，這樣肯定是有安全隱患的。經理説沒有關係，他們保安會兩個小時巡邏一次。然後我就問説，如果在白天的工作時間，都沒有辦法替我處理門鎖，那我怎麼可以確保安全？經理就説，反正都是安全的，讓我不要擔心。 又過了大概20分鐘，然後又有工作人員上門，跟我説她們後面檢查到是有其他房間是有反鎖的，幫我去換其他房間，我也同意了這個方案。 我不明白的是，如果一開始就有可以反鎖的房間，為什麼一直都説沒有，還説自己是什麼4.0，整個酒店都沒有可以反鎖的門鎖，直到我真的很生氣的質問他們那麼久，才説可以換房。 第三，換了房間後，房間牀頭櫃地板、馬桶附近到處都是水,淋浴處更是滿地的水，根本沒有收拾乾淨。我不理解為什麼一個連鎖的酒店可以做到這麼拉胯，連最基本的衞生都做不好。

The following is what I personally feel needs to improve ☺️ 1. Price: The daily price is more than 300. No one lives in the store on holidays and there is no need to increase the price. The National Day 440 feels more expensive. Not everyone is willing to spend this way. 2. Facilities: A. The bathroom should still be equipped with opaque glass, the bathroom is equipped with frosted glass, and the bathroom can also be, after all, the toilet is still very private! B. There are two smoke alarms in the room (seems to be?), and it feels flashing after sleeping at night. 多次入住這家酒店了，性價比絕絕子，簡直適合社恐了，酒店是一家自助酒店，直接在前台的機器上辦理入住，很方便快捷。雖然是自助酒店，但是小管家服務態度都很好，有問題可直接聯繫酒店，小管家及工作人員都能及時處理問題，晚上都有保安叔叔，住起來安全感滿滿的。

The environment in the hotel is also very good, the two beds are 1.3 meters, four people can live. The hotel's breakfast is eaten in the restaurant downstairs, very appetizing, very delicious! My baby said that next time I come to Bashan Grand Canyon, I will stay here.
